Zero refund for cancelation
CAUTION CAUTION!!!! Be aware if booking this location, there is NO refund for cancelation. I was looking for locations around Austin for the eclipse in April 2024. After booking this, I found a much better location and booked that, but when I tried to cancel this one, they would not offer any refund, even a partial refund. I ended up cancelling the other location and got a full refund THERE. We never stayed at this location, but still paid the full rental. Ugh! I begged them to reconsider. This was more than a month prior to the rental dates. Rentals in the area more than tripled their price in the month before the eclipse, and no doubt they could've rented it out to someone else for even more, but instead I just peed that $$ down the drain. My bad, I guess, for not verifying their cancellation policy before paying. I've rented lots from VRBO and never heard of a zero refund policy. Also the review will NOT allow me to select “Other” for the question, “Who stayed with you”, so I selected just me, but I was never there, I was in Indiana!

Comfortable
The property was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for family. The treadmill was nice to have on the property as well. The kitchen was good we just didn’t have small things like salt and pepper and cooking spray which would have been helpful for us but we also forgot to buy it for ourselves too. The host was very responsive and quick to reply with any question we had. My daughter who was 4 enjoyed the video game/superhero theme in the house and loved the kids room as well! Would definitely book again.

Beats our expectations!!
We came down for a wedding and to visit family, The property was very nice and clean, Family friendly, lots for the kids to do. Far away from city traffic but still close enough to go to anything in Austin and San Antonio. We went for a few walks and the neighborhood was nice and clean, neighbors were nice also

Good times in trouble times
Great fun. Instructions on stay not clear. Needed to purchase kitchen towels due to dishwasher not working. Sun room ac down and had to call. Missing key for fireplace not in drawer. All item could have been repaired during stay but we decided not to have don. Response by our host was great. We enjoyed the message chair and loved playing game.

Great space and communicative hosts
This property has lots of unique features like a massage chair, sun room with treadmill, and arcade and board games that added a special touch to our stay. The only downside was being farther out from Austin with limited transportation options, but if you plan on staying in Kyle I’d recommend it.

Relax and Play
This rental met all our needs and then some. It was great to visit Austin and San Antonio and come back and relax in the massage chair. Appreciate the stocked snacks and Keurig coffees, the gaming for our 7 year old grandson and son-in-law, and the creative decor. The host was responsive.
