Villa Riells Mar - Four Bedroom House, Sleeps 8

Villa Riells Mar is 350 meters from the beach of Riells, close to the village center and a mere 250 from the supermarket. The apartment is suitable for families (with children) and large groups. Parking is on site. There is wireless internet and a private pool (open mid-May to late October). Of course, for a fee, a dog is welcome.

Villa Riells Mar l'Escala is close to Riells beach, the village centre and the supermarket. The holiday home is suitable for families (with children) or large groups. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and living room.Parking is available on private property. There is Wifi and a private pool (open 1/5 - 31/10).

Description of Villa Riells Mar l'Escala
Villa Riells Mar l'Escala is 350 metres from Riells' long beach. Behind the sliding gate, on the street, there is space to park two cars. On the street, in front of the house, there is public space to park for one more car. This urban villa is detached and located in a pleasant neighbourhood with other detached houses.

The terrace with the private pool is an extension of the living room. This makes it easy to keep an eye on playing children. If guests have been to the beach, they can rinse off with the outdoor shower. On the right side of Villa Riells Mar l'Escala is the stone barbecue.

Interior
The interior is bright and pleasant. The living room leads through the patio doors to the terrace and private pool. There is a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. Next to the living room is the kitchen. There is a gas cooker (3 gas burners and 1 electric), an electric oven, a microwave, an extractor, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. In the cupboards and drawers, there are more than enough plates, glasses and cutlery for 8 people. There is a washing machine in the adjacent utility room.

There are 4 bedrooms, divided between the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed. Next to it is a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed and a terrace. The other bedroom has a good quality sofa bed for two people and the third has bunk beds. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a bath and a toilet.

This makes Villa Riells Mar l'Escala a quality holiday home for up to 8 people. Two families with children will enjoy a real l'Escala style holiday!

Guest access
The whole house and garden with swimming pool, unless there is "private" on it or it has been closed.

Other things to note
The room will be left broom clean, rubbish in the designated bins on the street and dustbins must be empty. Refrigerator and freezer must also be left empty and clean.

Final cleaning is €120 and will be settled on site together with tourist tax and optionally rented bed linen and/or towels.

We do not rent to groups under 25.
- A dog is welcome, we ask €50 per stay.
- For final cleaning, we ask for a partipation of €120. This is paid on site.
- Sheets and towels can be rented on site. bed linen 16€ double bed, 8€ single bed, bath towels 10€ per package.
- Check in time is 16:00 to 19:00
- When checking out, the house should be left broom cleaned, the refrigerator and freezer empty, trash bags thrown into the appropriate green bins.
- We do not accept groups of under 25 years.
- Tourist tax is € 2 per person, from 16 years old with a maximum of 7 nights. This is payable locally.
