Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 12 au 19 juillet 2025. Cet appartement est au 1er étage d'une maison avec des locataires en dessous. A notre arrivée pas de ménage fait..terrasse très sale...cuisine, intérieur des placards, four, douche, coussins salon, vaisselle ebraichee etc...dans les lits les alaises et enveloppes doreillers pas changées depuis longtemps etc..etc...appartement situé près de la mer mais dans le quartier des boites de nuit donc réveillés toutes les nuits par des personnes qui hurlent et très alcoolisées tapent sur les voitures stationnées dans la rue...nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location sale et très bruyante...aucun dédommagement de l'agence hoomy sauf les 90 euros que j'avais payé d'avance pour le ménage...A FUIR ...
Très beau logement, belle rénovation. Confortable et élégant, bonne literie. Proche plage et grands hôtels. Le seul bémol est sur la proximité avec la vie nocturne de l avenue Pavie…zone bruyante la nuit (entrée et sortie de boite de nuit)
