Located in La Guérinière, this single-storey house of 110 m² has a 50 m² living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, including one at the end of the house in a quiet area, 2 bathrooms with 2 hair dryers and 2 toilets. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The independent kitchen is perfectly equipped: microwave, oven, induction hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle... You have a washing machine and a tumble dryer, located in the garage. The French windows open directly onto the terraces, one facing due East and the other 35m2 facing due West. The terraces and the wooded garden, with garden furniture, barbecue, and ping-pong table (with rackets and balls), allow you to enjoy the shade and sun of the Vendée coastline in turn. A WiFi access is available. Children will easily keep themselves busy with books, readers and numerous DVDs and VHS, board games and outdoor games. You will also find a baby bed and a high chair for the little ones (upon request before your arrival).

The island of Noirmoutier is no exception to the rule, even if a bridge allows access to it. Life flows to the rhythm of swimming, walking fishing, bike rides, meal breaks and terrace stops.
