Down the hall, you'll find two serene and well-appointed bedroomsâone with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both offer ample closet space, ceiling fans, and flat-screen TVs, along with soft natural lighting for a comfortable and restful stay. The home includes one full bathroom with standard amenities.
Step outside to a private backyard oasis, designed for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor lounge seating, propane BBQ, putting green, hammock, and an outdoor TV. The home also features a wood-burning fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Please note: wood is not provided. Thereâs also a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

We had an amazing time! The property was easy to access and close to all of the activities and restaurants we wanted to try. Easy walk to the beach. Great communication with property manager. We will keep this in mind for future trips.
Pros-* Excellent location: Walkable to the beach and restaurants (10 mins)* Minimalistic kitchen, yet functional with all necessary appliances and utensils. * Backyard Oasis: Outdoor patio/ dining, hot tub, mature fruit tree/ landscaped, putting green fun for kids, BBQ, hammockâŠit has it all.* Expedient communication through the rental agency with inquiries (Replies within 10-20 mins).Cons-* Outdated doors/ locks makes for an interesting experience if you prefer your bath/bed experience to be more privacy.* Lack of outlets for a couple of the lamps/record player reduced use age of those amenities. *No central A/C, though we were able to keep cool by opening the windows and using provided box fan.
The place was clean, plenty of towels, beds were very comfortable. The backyard was a big hit with my daughters. Luckily it gets cool at night and cools the house down. It can get pretty hot inside when the days are hot. No AC. We enjoyed it very much!
A great value being several blocks from the ocean, but so easy to walk to the ocean. Also easy to walk to convenience stores & lunch options; then short drive to the best restaurants and shops. The backyard was my favorite feature as I took advantage of the outdoor TV, hammock and hot tub (was ready to use upon arrival). The rooms & kitchen were clean and comfortable. Finally, the rental team was ready and responsive. Thanks!
