Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The contract states that we would have "full hotel amenities." This is incorrect. The hotel does not service the units at all. We tried to get a roll-away brought in for the room with the double bed. But was told we couldn't. Also, a vase came barreling out of the kitchen cabinet when we first opened it. I think the cabinet shelf needs adjustment. Good location though.

Santa Rosa Cove 16

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 couples from Denver visiting Palm Springs to spectate the BNP tennis tourney. We had been to resort previously and love the beautiful grounds and availability of restaurants and decided to try one of your vacation rentals. We did not have time to use the tennis courts or pool this visit due to shorter stay( 3 nights). The rental house was clean, but we did have a few issues. As some reviews had written, the unit is out of date and we felt that the carpet should probably be replaced. There was a slight odor to the place upon entry. Really the biggest issue occurred in the casita unit where our friends stayed. They commented that the drain in the bathtub did not drain well when showering. The following day the toilet began to leak and water actually backed up through that drain. Our friends shut off the water valve and wiped up the water that had accumulated on the bathroom floor(not toilet waste). We reported the issue to the front desk at resort that evening and also left a voice mail with the leasing company the following morning and at again at check out. Our friends subsequently moved into the spare bedroom and bathroom in the main unit. As I said, we love the resort but will go back to reserving a room instead. We are not at all unhappy despite the inconvenience of the bathroom issue and don’t want to leave a published review. But we do want to alert the owners and leasing company regarding this major issue in that bathroom. The plumbing should be repaired before renting that unit.
