Overnight travelers and long-term occupants mixed in the same building. Not able to sleep due to constant late night/early morning knocking/banging/dragging sounds from overhead room. The night auditor confirmed that the room above me was occupied by a long-term renter. She allowed me to move to another nearby room at 1:15 am, but I could still hear the noise. I spoke with the site manager the next morning, but he was not sympathetic to my ordeal. He told me that the long-term renters should be located in a back building. Please select another motel if you require a comfortable, restful, and quiet stay.
