Quiet room for good nights sleep

Very quiet room with comfortable bed so had a good nights sleep. Wide choice of food at breakfast with option of sitting outside in courtyard. Helpful staff.

Great stay in Laayoune.

My stay was great. I messed up the dates as I was on an overnight bus from Marrakech. The man at reception was very understanding and changed the date of the reservation for free and I was able to check in at 8am. Staff were lovely and the location was great.

The hotel is situated along the main "Al Meque" street, and accessible by walking to restaurants, shopping, and the like. The hotel is clean, the rooms are relatively spacious and quiet.

overpriced for a very basic stay. Great staff.

The staff can’t do enough. The corridor carpets are not cleaned. The Internet is terrible. Breakfast is “simple”. Room furniture is worn. Yea the only plus are the staff. It’s not a great place. Close to airport ( which is a review in its own right )

Amazing and genuine service

I would chose this hotel over others in Laayoune. The staff responded in an outstanding way to my comments about some general issues in the hotel. I also didn’t realise that my extended use of the room was not charged for. I must have seemed very ungrateful but they didn’t tell me !

The hotel concierge arranged for a car and driver to take me to Nouadhibou in Mauritania and I was required to pay the entire cost of the trip before departing the hotel. The driver dropped me off at the border in Guerguarat (Western Sahara) after the border was closed for the day and drove back to Laayoune. As a result, I was stuck at the border overnight for 17 hours with nowhere to sleep and no place to eat. The following day, I had to pay another driver to take me across the border and to Western Sahara. This is the most dishonest behavior I have ever experienced from a hotel and the driver anywhere in the world, and I’ve visited over 50 countries. In addition, the dinner in the restaurant is terrible. I had the chicken entre and I had to spit it out because the meat was rotten.

Nice hotel closed to the center

Nice hotel, very well located. Staff is nice and the hotel is clean. The mattress is firm which is well appreciated. The Wifi works well. Breakfast is good and the orange juice is excellent!

Convenient hotel in centre of town.

I only stayed one night at the hotel and was impressed by its size/layout. My room however, was disappointing as it faced onto the main road and traffic noise was evident. (Window sealing poor). The bathroom had a dirty toilet and the shower water pressure was low. Lighting in the bedroom was poor, there was no clock or safe and the television had no English channels. The hotel information folder was empty. However, all was redeemed with the excellent food in the restaurant and the very helpful staff!

Better than I thought

Considering than this hotel is in a remote location in Morocco I have to say it was better than expected. The room are specious, cleanliness is OK, breakfast buffet is fine and staff is very friendly. Wifi connection in the room doesn't work but it does in the lobby. So overall I would recommand staying here if you end up in Laayoune.
