This tastefully furnished vacation home with pool is located in Kapelica, a small village near Labin. It consists of two floors and offers you a nice vacation. Relax on the terrace with your vacation reading or a glass of wine and find refreshment in the pool, during the hot summer days. There is also a barbecue at your disposal for convivial barbecues and the children can keep themselves busy with the swing and slide. Visit the picturesque old town of Labin, as well as the tourist town of Rabac, with beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear sea, from where you can take boat trips or walk along the promenade with souvenir stores, bars and restaurants. The bathroom on the first floor is accessible only from the outside.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im den Ferienhaus, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kontaktierte uns einen Tag zuvor wg der Anreise. Auch wir konnten früher, als ursprünglich gesagt, anreisen!Im Haus war alles da, was man braucht! Lediglich Müslischalen wären noch toll gewesen!Der Pool war super! Die Kinder haben ihn nur auf drängen verlassen!Im TV gab es kein Live-Fernsehen, dafür aber Netflix. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat!Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!

Das Ferienhaus hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir durften sogar eher als 16 Uhr in das Ferienhaus. Der Pool ist absolut klasse und richtig groß. Nur die Treppe hat ein paar scharfe Kanten an den Fließen, hier also aufpassen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und neu. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Eine Mikrowelle wäre allerdings noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Es gibt sogar einen tollen, großen Holzkohle-Grill. Die Sauberkeit ist gut. Die Stühle und Liegen am Pool sollten überprüft werden, denn einige davon (grüne Stühle) sind kaputt.
