Villa Cap Nord: This renovated old villa, located in the heart of the seaside resort of Lacanau Océan, offers a stay setting that is both charming and practical. Just 400 metres from the ocean and 200 metres from shops, it allows you to fully enjoy the beach and town centre activities without any travel constraints. The lake is also accessible 5 km away, ideal for varying pleasures between sea and freshwater.
The house opens onto a pleasant living space with a living room equipped with armchairs, a table and a television. The adjoining dining area is fitted with a table and chairs for convivial meals. The functional kitchen is equipped with a sink, a gas cooker, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, storage spaces as well as the crockery and utensils necessary for cooking.
The villa has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed of 140 cm, a single bed of 90 cm and a wardrobe, ideal for accommodating a family. The second bedroom offers a double bed of 140 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin unit, a shower, WC and a washing machine.
Outside, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue allows you to enjoy meals outdoors, even in capricious weather. The enclosed garden of approximately 400 mÂČ offers a secure and pleasant space to relax. A parking space is also available.

Environnement bruyant
intĂšrieur vieillot. Maison bien situĂ©e mais environnement bruyant jour ( circulation automobile ) et nuit (fĂȘtards et bagarres ). Porte d'entrĂ©e et de communication avec la terrasse d'une hauteur de 1,67m. Je mesure 1,79m et je me suis souvent cognĂ© le dessus du crĂąne , ce qui m'a occasionnĂ© deux plaies ( je ne doit pas ĂȘtre le seul ) . Nous louons des gites dans diffĂ©rents rĂ©gions et plusieurs fois par an , nous n'avions jamais eut tous ces inconvĂ©nients ... La prestation n'est pas en rapport avec le prix !!!

Wunderbare zwei Wochen in Lacanau
Wohnung gerĂ€umig und gemĂŒtlich, sehr französisch. Umfangreiche
Ausstattung mit Mobiliar und GerĂ€tschaften. GroĂer Garten mit Stellplatz fĂŒrs Auto. Exzellente Lage: 100 m zum Supermarkt, 400 m zum Strand, Restaurants und LĂ€den aller Art in unmittelbarer Umgebung. 6 km mit dem Rad zum Lac de Lacanau.
Betreuung vor Ort unkompliziert. Wir wollen im kommenden Jahr wiederkommen.
