It was a great experience the staff was highly hospitable and there was a guard present 24/7. There was also a parking lot for convenient parking and lots of space to park on the street outside as well. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and the room service tasted great as well.

Highly recommended family friendly hotel

Will definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again. Staff extremely helpful. Despite the restrictions of Ramadan served meals in room since for health reasons I am unable to fast. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Ideal location with shops and restaurants at walking distance.

This is a good hotel. We stayed a total of six nights. It is clean, well-maintained and the staff is responsive, polite and the rooms are good quality. The manager, Syed Gillani, was very professional and checked in with us daily to ask if we needed anything further. There was a little quirk getting hot water, and it was quickly addressed. The hotel is in a good location, with several good restaurants adjoining the hotel and high end clothing and designer stores nearby. We transferred here from it's sister hotel (Hotel One Cavalry, GUlberg III) which was unsanitary and decrepit. However, Hotel MM Alam Road, was the opposite and we were pleased with our rooms and stay.

The place was great, staff excellent, breakfast was really good. My only complaint are the bed sheets — felt like many people had slept in them which I’m sure they have, but the bed sheet quality needs to be improved to hide that fact.

Comfortable stay, nice location

The stay was comfortable, the bedsheets were clean but quality of blankets could be improved. The floor had some wrappers from previous guest. Heating was good and got hot water for shower also. Overall good stay and nice location overlooking a park and shopping street.
