Room was ok. Got charged for 2 beers from room fridge that we did drink. They refunded, but had to take time from next vacation spot to call to get corrected. Pool was nice, food was good.

The reservation was done for the wrong day! I am sure I made the request correctly, but the hotel was full and Expedia engine probably changed it (a programming issue) to the next day. Upon arrival (at midnight) it was quite chaotic since the hotel was full, but a guest had left early and we got a room. The hotel has some nice features and others are suboptimal. The light in the bathroom is so poor, that I had to put my makeup using the hallway mirror. The front desk is disorganized and gave us a lot of conflicting information. We requested late checkout for 1:00 pm, since our trip was to scuba dive The Wall and the boat arrived past 12:00PM, but the morning front-desk staff was forcing us out at 12:30 even though the hotel was not booked for the day. Breakfast starts at 8, which is too late if you want to do any morning tour or scuba diving. The hotel has potential, but customer service is sketchy.

I could not rave about this place more. I am a returning guest and I would come here on every vacation if I could. The staff is fun, smart and attentive beyond belief. The drinks are sensational and so it the 24hr pool and little snack shop. The rooms, the vibe and atmosphere are enough to keep you beyond happy and fulfilled. If you don’t book this hotel YOU ARE MISSING OUT. The best stay in Puerto Rico is THIS HOTEL!

The staff at this hotel is the absolute best!! I wish I caught the girl's name at the front desk; she was a lifesaver on more than one occasion. Carlos in the cafe is also top notch! Rooms were very comfortable and the surrounding area was awesome for activities and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at their on-site restaurant and the food was amazing both times. The staff was super nice and we loved our complimentary welcome drinks. The location was perfect too, close to everything. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom door didn't cover the full opening so we had to use a towel on a hanger to fully cover the space.
