This rental home is perfect for the discerning family or small group interested in home-style comfort, privacy, and great value. Vacationers no longer need to squeeze into a hotel room and share a bathroom! This tri-level townhome has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite w/50 inch Screen TV + King Bed and 3.5 bathrooms, a fully loaded kitchen, a deck with lake views, a family room with 50 in. wide-screen TV, dining and living rooms, a place to eat, relax and sleep in comfort. Every convenience includes central A/C, BBQ, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, HBO, Flat screen and plasma TVs throughout, and wireless Internet. Includes a 27’ garage for storing a boat, trailer, or jet skis.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. A lot of space and sitting areas. Also the dining room table was big enough to have dinner all together. Master bedroom was huge and the kids loved the jacuzzi bathtub. The bedroom downstairs worked out great for my one son who had 2 little ones who are very early risers so we didn’t hear them upstairs. For the most part the house was clean and nice. There were a few things that needed to be tended to. There were some shelves in the cupboard that had mold on them. Some of the dishes and cups had dried on food. Also the inside of the cupboards smelled musty.

We were pleasantly surprised with this property - it is even more luxurious than the pictures show. Wall to wall plush carpeting, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and furniture, nicely decorated. The owner and property manager are so attentive - exceeded our expectations with being on top of anything that came up. The only reason for 4 stars on the location, though it is perfectly situated in Lake George, is that it is on a main road and around the corner from a restaurant that gets loud at night. I am a light sleeper and this affected me. The rest of the people that stayed with me were not bothered in the least. We would happily stay there again if ever in the area!

Great Location, Large House

We had a fantastic time at the condo. Close enough to everything, without being right in the middle of the chaos. Great layout, plenty of space, all the essentials. Someone left a previous comment in the guest book about dull knives...we dont know what they were referring to...we thought the knives were all fine, though perhaps a few more steak knives would be useful. Otherwise, everything we needed (and then some) was there. Our only recommendation would be to update the "Welcome book" to include more detailed instructions for departure (ie, bring trash out, start dishwasher, strips beds, etc)...all it said was to remove trash. We did the other things too, to be good houseguesta, but wanted to be sure we covered everything.Also, for experienced VRBO guests, a code-access keypad would be ideal vs having to time arrival to meet property manager for the key. But, it all worked out, without a problem.

Great Vacation

There were six of us me, my wife, daughter, son and his daughter and son. The house is located close enough to any activity you want to participate in boating swimming dinning para sailing diner cruise fishing and it’s all walking distance the house is large enough to accommodate everyone and allow for alone time if wanted it was a perfect comfortable location.

Great stay!

This was my first time in Lake George and the house was walkable distance from everything in the village area. Visited with my sister and 7 children and the house was very spacious (easy to get away from the chaos). The house is more "comfy" than "luxury" as the posting suggests, but that was preferable for our family. One minor suggestion: the downstairs bedroom could use a dresser as there was no place to unpack clothes which is a minor inconvenience for a week-long stay.

Lake George stay...

The very best aspect of this property is it's convenient location. We were able to walk to most things in Lake George...the beach, Ft Wm Henry, the boat rides...and importantly the fireworks. Also, it was an easy drive to hiking, golf and trips to Fort Ticonderoga (and Vermont) and well as Bolton and an entire day at Lake Placid and all the Olympic sites. In addition, Jennifer was very prompt, cordial and efficient in answering concerns regarding missing items.

Location was very good. Interior was a little tired and could use some updating. Basement bedroom was freezing cold and difficult to regulate. Many light bulbs were missing or burned out. Kitchen, including refrigerator and counters needed additional cleaning. Not nearly enough silverware, bowls, and cutting knives.

Winter Carnival girls trip

We love the condo because of having so much room. It nicely accommodates 10 women. Having 4 bathrooms is also a plus! We have rented for several years during the Winter Carnival and love that it is within walking distance to downtown. We have always given a 5 star rating but the condo is in need of some updated furniture (chairs are wobbly and some of the mattresses are in bad shape, couch is heavily stained. The rugs are stained. All of the bathroom toilet paper holders fell out of the walls. The clock above the tv had a corroded battery. The top of the tv stand was overly dusty. They ask that you leave the condo "broom swept" but do not provide a broom to do this. One more thing I've noticed is that the previous tenants leave pantry items.These items should be thrown away before the new tenants check in. We plan on renting in 2025 and hope to see some improvements.

Great family house in Lake George

Clean, spacious and well equipped home a couple minutes’ walk from the lake. Check in and check out was seamless and communication with the owner and property manager was easy. Plenty of room for everyone in our group of 8, which included children. Would definitely stay agin when in the area.
