BEAUTIFUL LAKE VIEW & JUST STEPS FROM THE POOL, 3BD/3BA CONDO W/ 12X40 BOAT SLIP

1600 sq ft 3 bed/3 bath with amazing views of the main channel!

We would like to welcome you to our family friendly condo located at the Palisades condo complex off Horseshoe Bend! This unit is located in front of the main channel! The complex is exceptionally maintained with 3 outdoor seasonal heated pools with one within feet of the front door (opens Memorial weekend and closes Labor Day weekend)

This spacious 3 bed/3 bath with 1600 sq ft is fully furnished and only a 1/2 flight down from the parking lot! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large master bath suite and with a view of the lake. Two guest bedrooms each have queen beds and their own en suite bathroom. There is a pull out couch in living room for additional sleeping space. Beach towels are provided for pool and lake use. Spacious open floor plan with breakfast bar as well as dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped for your total convenience and entertainment! Walk out of the living room to your own balcony complete with seating and awesome view of the main channel! There are flat screen TV's, new bedding , and kitchen utensils. Other amenities include dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, and ice maker! Also included is the internet, cable and Roku.

Also available to use is a 12x40 boat slip. This is included in the price and no extra cost to you.
Unfortunately, there is no boat ramp onsite, and trailers can not be kept onsite

One of the most comfortable stays we’ve had at the Lake! Lovely, nicely appointed condo. Loved the location and having just recovered from knee surgery appreciated the easy access with only a few steps to navigate. We look forward to a future stay.

The condo was very nice, clean and decorated so cute! They had everything we needed. Love the location too, we like to stay close to the Dam area. We used Marine Max to put our boat in, it was easier for us instead of going to the boat ramp and storing the trailer someplace else.

This was our 6th year staying Can’t beat the fact that the pool is right outside our door. Close to almost anything by car. I stayed earlier this year with family and used the boat slip, which was great! It’s always clean!!

Always clean. Very close to just about anything. We did use the boat slip. Takes some walking to get there. But the docks were clean. I stay at Lisa’s place every year. Twice last year and will be twice this year. Love it and love that the pool is right outside the door!

Another great stay

This is our place to go for our lake visits. Been here multiple visits. Always clean, ready and never any surprises. Also has all the little supplies and utensils so don’t lack anything or have to run to the store first thing. Lisa has set this up as her home on the lake and we feel the same way when we are here. We will be back again soon.
