PET POLICY: -Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations. -Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel. -If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. -Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community. -No excessive barking or noise is allowed. -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property. -Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage. -A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies.

Everything was great! Tia was incredibly quick with communication. The place was great! Wonderful experience! Not sure if there is a way to be more connected to the main building for ease with getting access to the amenities like the pool/fitness room and then coordination for garbage since there is no longer a dumpster.
The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The bedding was very nice and the king bed was comfortable. The jetted tub was perfect after a day full of meetings and running around! Communication was top notch, the view was spectacular, and the location was close for dining and shopping! Would absolutely stay again!
Listing indicates pets are allowed. After booking, I learned only dogs under 25 pounds are permitted. I immediately let the host know our dog weighed more than this. I didnât hear back after several day. I followed up multiple times and ways - through the app, calling, contacting VRBO. Missed the deadline to get a partial refund. Two days before our arrival date, I learned our dog was permitted after paying an extra 25 fee per day. Cleanliness was questionable. Big bug on the dresser and no mattress pad. Complex almost empty. We wondered if the building had an occupancy license because there was electrical system testing including fire alarm during the day with no advance notice.
Construction in Progress and No Communication with Property Management
If none of the following issues would bother you, then give it a 4-5 rating. These are the main issues that we gave it an overall 2 Rating:1. There was NOTHING in VRBO about the construction when we rented it. Had there been, we would NOT have rented. We were the only renters in the entire Avila Condo Building complex, as the other owners including the Lodge of the Four Seasons, werenât renting during this construction period. That should tell you something!2. We contacted the ownerâs Property Management Company (Lakecation Vacations, LLC) upon arrival on issues, who never communicated any resolutions back.3. There was NO mattress pad on the King bed, which certainly should have been.4. When the A/C kicks on, it's so loud that you can't hear the TV, which was very annoying.5. There were several cleaning issues including mold in the shower and some food particles in the kitchen sink, drain and floor.6. We were pretty sure when we booked there was mention of the unit having a washer and dryer (or at least implied there would be access to one). That may have been our error, but just know there isnât one.The Good items were:1. The balconies were a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the view.2. The coffee bar was a nice touch that we hadn't experienced before.3. Access to the pool and hot tub was easy and nice through the Lodge.4. The decorating and appointments were nice.
The inside of the condo was very clean and the location was nice, but the outside of the property had trash around from the construction workers and the grass looks like it had not been cut in a while. Also ALL of the soap provided was so watered down that it was not usable. I also sent an email and a text on Saturday about the washer and dryer and no one responded. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
