Casa Lago with mountains views and private pool, is located in the area of Las Coloradas, in Playa Blanca.
It is less than a kilometer from the beach and offers a well-equipped villa with a 6-meter private pool. The pool has NO HEATER, therefore it cannot be climatized. With access from the living room directly to the terrace and the pool.
It has modern decoration and a nice living room area with satellite TV, a safe, and barbecue facilities. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven, microwave, fridge and electric stove. Surrounded by a small garden and a terrace overlooking the volcans. There is a shopping center in Las Coloradas by hand and offers shops, bars and restaurants. The Marina Rubicon is within easy walking distance, where the best restaurants, shops, fashion galleries and various establishments specializing in recreational water activities can be found.

Playa Blanca is located south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave of the island. It belongs to the municipality of Yaiza and in recent decades has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a point of note and of great interest to those who visit the island.
A small sandy beach located in the center of town gives its name to the place. With a marked fishing tradition, the town of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only tourist but also cultural, whose port allows maritime connection with the neighboring island of Fuerteventura.
The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo, where the first documented conquerors entered, continue to maintain a halo of mystery as they are located within the Ajaches Natural Monument with its almost two kilometers where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise waters.
Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that borders almost all its coastline and will allow you to enjoy walks that will take you from the Coloradas to the Pechiguera Lighthouse, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
From Playa Blanca it is easy to travel to visit the island by car. You will find the Timanfaya National Park just 20 minutes away, within which are the Montañas del Fuego, one of the enclave points of the island that should not be missed during your visit as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo. We also recommend a visit to the César Manrique Foundation where you can learn a lot about this local artist whose architectural and sculptural works are visible throughout the island of Lanzarote.

Urlaub im Casa Lago - Improvement ist alles!
Ikea-Ausstattung in Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles wackelt und klemmt - Gardinenstange, Toilettenspülung, Stehlampe, Türen, Türklinken, Terassentüren, Spülmaschine, Schalterleiste am Herd u. v. m. Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet - Schneebesen, Knoblauchpresse, Rührschüssel, Brotkorb, Topflappen, Untersetzer, Kuchengabeln, Dessertschälchen und Servierplatten fehlen. Trinkgläser, Salatschüssel und Schneidebrettchen haben wir gekauft. Handtücher und Bettwäsche mit unangenehm beißendem Geruch. Unsere freundliche und umfassende Zusammenfassung der Mängel im Hause, wurde schmallippig und ignorant mit der Information beantwortet, dass sie an die Eigentümer weitergegeben wurde. Nur mit der Bekämpfung der Kakerlaken wurde während unserer Anwesenheit im Hause begonnen. Hier wäre die Information über die Anwendung eines Insektizides durch die Reinigungsfirma, das mindesteste, was den Mietern mitzuteilen wäre. Statt der 105 m² hat die Wohnfläche im Haus inkl. Treppenhaus nach unserer Einschätzung max. 85 m². Die Küche ist klein und auf den Klappstühlen am Esstisch finden 3, max. 4 Pers. Platz. Terrassen- und Poolbereich - Stühle sind z. T. gebrochen, Polster sind nicht vorha
