It has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning and the second one with two single beds, which can be joined or separated as needed. It has a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances open to the spacious living-dining room, with 32" Smart TV, air conditioning and access to the pleasant terrace of the flat where you can have lunch, relax and enjoy the sun, while contemplating the side view of the Atlantic Ocean.

A privileged location, with the beach and promenade just a few minutes walk from the property, only 6 minutes drive from Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park and 10 minutes drive from the airport. Surrounded by kilometres of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.

It is located on the first floor without lift.

The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.
