DESCRIPTION:
Top floor apartment within gated resort. Amazing sea views, overlooking the swimming pool. Recently refurbished to high standards. Two bedrooms (each with en-suite bathroom), living room with open plan kitchen and large terrace. High speed fibre wifi and smart TV.

The resort has direct access to the "paseo" (pedestrian ocean walk). Closest beach (Playa Bastian) is 500m away along the paseo. Close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In front of bus stop to centre of Costa Teguise and Arrecife.

Both the double and the twin bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower. Fitted wardrobes are available in both bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has refrigerator, freezer, kitchen sink, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, silverware, dishware, washing machine and all necessary cookware.

The living room has a sofa, smart TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. It is also equipped with air conditioning (available in the summer months).

The terrace has a dining table for 4 chairs, and a relax area with a garden sofa set for 4 people.

Guests are welcome to use the beautiful resort swimming pool, with free umbrellas and sunbeds, available on a first come first served basis. The pool has a children section, with shallow waters, and an adult pool, with deeper waters.

The apartment is close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants (about 200m away).

The resort has direct access to the "paseo" (pedestrian ocean-side walkway). Closest beach (Playa Bastian) is 300m away along the paseo. Close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In front of bus stop to centre of Costa Teguise and Arrecife.

The centre of Costa Teguise is about 15 minutes walk from the resort, also reachable along the paseo. Otherwise a bus stop is right outside the resort and can be used to reach Costa Teguise's centre, Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen.

Parking - Free on-street parking in front of the complex.

A taxi rank is about 5 minutes walk from the property.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. L'appartement est trĂšs clair, trĂšs calme avec une vue superbe sur le jardin et la piscine. Another great stay in this excellent apartment. Helen is an excellent host with prompt communication over the entire booking period and the stay. Apartment very clean and spacious, had all youd need for self-catering. Beds comfortable, nice showers, always had hot water. Great to have a washing machine. Lovely big balcony with dining and seating areas. Aircon in living area and fans for bedrooms. Large shared pool kept clean everyday, enough beds when we stayed. Good access to local shops and restaurants, 20min walk or 5 min bus ride to centre. Regular buses from right outside complex. Quick comms with owner. Great stay.

Lovely Apartment

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Clean and well appointed. Pool area was well kept, not overly busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. Communication with the owner was excellent. Apartment was a little further from the town than we had anticipated - about 15/20 minute walk.The complex is very secure with gates entry to the main road and also to the seaside walkway. Having only one set of keys was a little restrictive but we managed to make it work and were together as a family most of the time. I would return again but take more comfortable shoes!

Really good apartment, the photos don't do it justice! Very large balcony with sea view. Was well equipped and comfortable. Only minor point was that pool area was not hosed down, although pool itself was clean. Still 5 stars!

What a sunrise

Fab apartment overlooking the sea. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Quiet pool in the complex. Good restaurants nearby or 20 min walk to Costa Teguise centre along the coastal path. Been to Teguise a few times and this is my favorite apartment by far.

The Apartment is well located with lots of bars/restaurants a nearby and a short walk into the Costa Teguise Square. Plenty of facilities available within Helen's apartment so that you wouldn't need to go out if you didn't want to and a supermarket around 5 minutes walk away. Fabulous apartment

This was my third stay in the apartment and again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Helen is an excellent host with very good communication with guests. The apartment is on a quiet complex within a walking distance of town along the paseo and opposite a bus stop. The apartment is well appointed for a pleasant and comfortable stay and the double balcony is fabulous for watching the sun rise each morning. First Time in Lanzarote

Had a lovely stay in this apartment and the host Helen was lovely. Exactly as listed. Pool was lovely and no trouble getting a sun lounger. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and bus stop right outside apartment complex. Nice walk into town on a night and a €3 taxi home. Would recommend Dolmen and Havana 6 for a nice meal and cheap drinks at Chispas in the square.

Winter break

This was my second extended stay at the apartment and again I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. As I stayed for just over a month, the apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal as it's right by the paseo for lovely walks and right opposite the bus stop for exploring the island. The complex is quiet with plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Helen is an excellent host with excellent communication before and during the holiday. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay in Costa Teguise.

September get away

After a false start due to my wife breaking her wrist we finally made the trip to Costa Teguise in September. Helen was very understanding and re-arranged the trip as requested. Helen was a great help throughout. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was a short walk into the centre of CT and the nightly walk to the restaurant was a pleasure. The apartment had everything required to make a very pleasurable holiday and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Uns gefiel der großzĂŒgige Balkon mit toller Aussicht, die modern eingerichtete KĂŒche, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert, der Empfang durch Valeska herzlich. Viele Dinge zeigten, dass Helen, eine sehr freundliche und engagierte Gastgeberin, fĂŒr den Gast mitgedacht hatte: so standen GetrĂ€nke und Kekse zum Empfang bereit, im Schrank GewĂŒrze wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig und andere Kleinigkeiten. Bemerkenswert auch der große Pool, in dem man herrlich ungestört seine Bahnen schwimmen konnte. Überhaupt war es in der Anlage und in der Umgebung angenehm ruhig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen!

Fabulous winter stay.

I stayed for over four weeks at Helen's apartment and was very happy. Helen was very efficient at responding to my questions and reassured me in these Covid travel times. The apartment is very well located with the paseo outside the gates and the local bus stop directly across the road. The apartment has all the facilities required for an extended stay and was very much my 'home from home' in Lanzarote. The balcony is fabulous and I regularly enjoyed my morning cuppa watching the sun rise. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment as a base to explore the lovely island of Lanzarote.
