When we arrived, we were disappointed to find that the villa was absolutely nothing like the photos. The immediate issue was the kitchen window which had been left wide open, the lock broken which meant we were unable to secure it overnight - unsafe with 4 children sleeping in there. The next issue was the corner of the ceiling where there was a gaping hole and part of the ceiling coming in on itself. The bedsheets were filthy and appeared to have not even been changed since the last guest, they were stained and the downstairs bedroom had an unpleasant odour. The floors were dirty and clearly hadnât been mopped. The downstairs shower would not drain and there was visible mould on the ceiling. In addition, there was toothpaste all over the bathroom sink which had not been cleaned since the last guests, and hairs and stains in the showers. We were given one pillow per guest which were flat and extremely worn and uncomfortable. The outdoor area was no improvement. The pool was dirty around the edges and clearly hadnât been maintained for a long time. There must have been a leak in the pool as the water was dropping rapidly and had to be topped up the entire week and hose left on every day. The outdoor flooring around the pool would not drain for the entire stay and was continuously flooding. Sofa heavily stained and dirty. There was no information sheet given regarding local amenities. Overall this was the worst villa we have ever stayed in and nothing like the photographs.
