We were greeted by a familiar staff person upon arrival. She always remembers us and makes us feel at home. Our room was clean and comfortable. We are thrilled that the hotel will soon offer charging stations for electric cars!

The staff is incredible. Location is great. This is just a not well built pseudo motel. So it’s noisy. You can hear everything that’s going on in the other rooms.

We were unaware of the chip sealing in the parking lot at time of checkin. If we had known the dates, we would've chosen a room on the other side of the hotel. We had to park on the far side the night before, which was an inconvenience. However, Maria Sotiras, Ops Supv, was understanding and credited a rebate for our parking fee. The morning of chip sealing, we were unable to use our balcony due to the loud jackhammering at 7:30am just below our room. Once again, Maria assisted us and gave us a partial room credit. Due to Maria's understanding, our stay was satisfactory, and we will certainly stay at this property again.

Comfortable bed, good front desk staff. Two minor quibbles. 15 dollar a day self parking seems incongruous with Courtyard brand. Also no benefits for Expedia Platinum members.

I don't think they should charge for parking when there are plenty of spots and the room charges are already high. We did not eat there at all. Only slept one night and left early the next morning. A bit of a musty smell in the hallway.
