Lake house with easy access to Fox Valley cities

Lake house situated on a private drive that includes a boathouse on a waterway to the back of the house and a west facing exposure to the main lake. Floatable toys and a kayak make it easy to enjoy the lake which is wadeable for almost 200 yards from a new dock with chairs to relax in. Boats are easily rentable and the closest boat launch is less than a mile from the house. April through June are great fishing months with the fishing action slowing down towards the end of July and staying slow the rest of the summer. Tubing and skiing are very enjoyable during this time and an old set of skis and an inflatable tube are available to use if you decide to rent a boat.
A fire pit with plenty of outdoor chairs and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 makes it the perfect spot to eat dinner then make smores and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There are two charcoal grills available to use with grilling utensils. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. You can bring your own wood or contact me prior to your stay and arrangements can be made to have wood available for you for a price. Please do not take wood from the close stacks of firewood as that is my neighbors or our own personal supply.
There is a very well stocked kitchen with most every small appliance available to use. There is a television and DVD player. The TV gets local channels but no cable or internet. Some puzzles, board games, and books are available to use if unfortunately the weather doesn’t cooperate.
The lake house is also a half hour drive to either Appleton or Oshkosh if you would rather explore a city. With beds to fit over 12, it makes a great place to hold an extended family get together.

Easy Check- in, Very roomy and comfortable. Caught a fish off the dock and kids loved swimming off the nice dock. Could have used some coffee filters that fit the coffee maker, but we made it work. We had a great weekend!

The location was excellent. The owner was excellent and extremely responsive. There were no top sheets on our beds and towels were a bit worn and didn’t match but not a real big deal. The porch to enter the house should have been swept so that we could keep the entry cleaner. There were also fish hooks under the outdoor table. Thankfully we didn’t step on one. But overall a much better place than we stayed at last year.

Everything was as advertised and the house was spacious and well maintained. Bring some firewood so you can enjoy the lake all night. My family had fun and it worked great for our party of ten.

Amazing lake trip

Our family couldn’t have been happier with property. The house is perfect for a family. We had multiple families go up together and slept 12 easily. Very spacious house, honestly it’s set up perfectly Host very responsive.

Our family enjoyed this property! The house is older, but the pictures are representative. No surprises. The kitchen is well equipped and the huge island was a great place for gathering. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries we had. The fire pit was great and we rented a boat and the dock worked out well.

Amazing Lake Home

We enjoyed our weekend at the lake so much! The cabin was absolutely perfect! The sunsets took our breath away and the fire pit with the water view was spectacular. Also having the kayak and tube available made sure we were never out of things to do! It was exactly what we wanted for our big family Labor Day get away!!! We cannot recommend it enough! Relaxing stay - excellent lake access

My family was looking for lakefront property to stay at, and this place was perfect. Great for the little kids, easy lake access. Open access house really made the place nice for entertaining. No WIFI, but we learned to unplug for once! Nice fire pit. Grilling and easy walking areas. Would visit again!

Great place for a family gathering

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and completed ready for us to use. There was plenty of sleeping space and large indoor/outdoor areas for our family to gather. We brought a boat and there was easy access to the lake at the nearby public launch. Lance quickly responded to our texts. I definitely recommend this listing.

Wonderful spot!

We had a great stay! I especially liked having the lake front on one side of the house and the beautiful marshy area on the other side by the boat house. Great for birding and wildlife spotting! We also brought our telescope and got in some good star and planet gazing! The owner responds quickly and the house was well stocked and clean.

Great lake spot!

We rented this lake house to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary a year late (pandemic). Everything was as good as advertised or better. We loved the huge open living/dining room/kitchen area, the lake itself, the fire pit, and the kayak and paddleboat! The owner was extremely prompt and courteous with communication. We also were impressed with the neighbor, who loaned us a ladder when we got a toy stuck in the roof gutter! Fantastic experience. Only downside - make sure to pack the bug spray!

Great Lake House

We had a great stay at this Lake House. Right on the water and very little boat traffic. Great fishing and multiple locations for boat rental. We found this house to be perfect for our group with the open floor plan, water access, fire pit and plenty of places to sleep. The shallow water of the lake allows for swimming of all ages. Highly recommend!

Great Waterfront Place!

This property was perfect for our 2 families. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and space. Our 23’ boat fit great on the dock. We all enjoyed the outside fire pit as well. We would defiantly rent this property again .
