Location was noisy on the main strip. The rooms were tidy not clean upon arrival. We paid his cleaning team to clean the unit before leaving. A swimming pool was a must have for our agreement. The pool was not operating for 1 of our 3 wk stay. Their own staff told us the pool had not worked for a month before our arrival. We had to purchase a pool kit ourselves to prove to them that the water was not swimmable. You could not see the bottom. We wasted days on the phone with vrbo and the host to request they either fix the pool or move us. They finally dug up and repaired the pipes as was required. There was no washer and dryer as advertised. The host removed the advertisement for the washer and dryer after we arrived with not enough clothes and asked where do we find the washer/dryer. He blamed vrbo for a posting error and told us that we can send our laundry out to be cleaned at 5.00 cdn/piece or hand wash it. Yep hand washing clothes is what i go on holidays for. No toaster as advertised, blender didn't work for cocktails. Repairman had to repair the fridge (leaking water) but it continued to not keep our food cold. He also repaired one of the air conditioners. Water and hydro was on and off. As expected. The back up generator dis t always kick in. We were 3 quiet adults that wanted what we paid for. We needed the pool and pushed to get it fixed. Do better Jose and take ownership. Stop making the problems your tenants to solve. Host hides behind vrbo.
