For the price, the room was great. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly bartenders at at the iguana were extremely friendly. I gave it a four because the carpets could really be cleaned in the hallways in rooms.

When you see a person in a back brace (Shattered disc.) using a cane to stand up, don't don't make them wait in line nor do you deny them early check-in. I tried for days to call in but there is no way to get a call through nor was there a way to extend my stay in the same room so I had to move to another hotel after one night
