Welcome to Deer Tracks, a professionally managed home by Love Leavenworth Vacation Rentals!

Outdoor Enthusiasts will love this serene retreat just moments from downtown Leavenworth, where nature meets comfort for unforgettable family memories.
The open kitchen with large island is a culinary dream featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals to share in the adjoining dining area. Relax on the upper deck with large sectional sofa while breathing in some fresh Cascade mountain air or stir up little friendly competition on the pickleball court (seasonally). On the same level is a large covered hot tub to wind down after a full day of exploring!

Each bedroom offers cozy bedding and a personal TV for relaxation, while two large living areas provide ample space for everyone to unwind—adults upstairs and kids enjoying movie nights downstairs. For added convenience, each sofa pulls out for extra sleeping space.

Situated just outside of the downtown scene, this home offers the best of both worlds: quick access to Leavenworth shops, golf course and events/festivals, as well as proximity to a wide array of outdoor adventures. Nearby outdoor recreation activities range from Leavenworth tubing and skiing at the local Ski Hill, to river rafting, hiking, and rock climbing along the mighty Wenatchee River. Whether you're here for brats and breweries or to embrace our fresh mountain air, we've got you covered. Nice getaway to Leavenworth. Good family rental - the kids loved the pickle ball and basketball court. The location was convenient for hiking, tourist activities, food, etc. My elderly in laws struggled a little with the stairs, so one thing to consider.

The host was very nice and accommodating and the place was wonderful. Very comfortable, clean, spacious, and with lots of amenities. There is even a hill to sled down right next to the house and the hosts provide a number of sleds in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

House is very big and accommodating for a large group. Amenities were great. Beds were comfortable. My family had a great time staying in the home and exploring the town. A couple of recommendations would be to have a hair blow dryer down in the master bathroom, some heaters on the BBQ deck and use of a garage door opener or code to get in the garage. Being able to park in the garage was wonderful but needing someone to get in and out of the car and house to open and close garage was not fun. We would definitely stay in house again.

Great place for several adult family’s. The layout is very well planned out with space to gather or find some privacy. The basketball/pickleball court is a great addition to the outdoor space. Very clean and the bed linens are the best. Nice big kitchen with room for everyone.

Great Home with a few quirks

This property was overall a great place for our family. It’s close to the shopping area of Leavenworth and central to other activity spots in the area, though not really walking distance as described. The kitchen was open and perfect for our family dinners. There was great separation between upstairs and downstairs for when we had napping kids (and adults). The pickle ball court was a hit too! Quirks
 - The listing at the time of booking had a much higher number of guests it slept. That was changed at some point after our booking and rightfully so. We had to bring in an air mattress for two of our kids to sleep on. - There is a horrible sewer smell that comes up in the basement laundry area every day in the afternoon. - There was a lack of supplies in the home. We had to wash towels twice to have enough. There was no dish soap. There was hand soap in only two of the bathrooms. None in the other two or the kitchen. There were no extra blankets that we could find. There were only a couple of garbage bags. - The TV remotes were all mixed up. Some had dead batteries and one even had a leaking battery in it. Recommend checking those and eliminating the sound bars to help ease remote clutter.

Group of 4 friends stayed for a girls weekend - the location was fabulous : quiet & peaceful spot close to hiking & town. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, comfy furniture and hot tub. Property manager was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay

We stayed at Deer Tracks for a girls trip and had a wonderful time. The house is updated and decorated simple, but welcoming. It had everything we needed, including a hot tub to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The large deck was also a nice bonus.

Great vacation rental!

This place was exactly as advertised. Sport court was a blast and hot tub was great. Had an issue with the WiFi and the property managers were very responsive and helpful. Great communication. Would highly recommend this place for a vacation to Leavenworth!

Family vacation

Family vacation in Leavenworth. The house was spacious and was well equipped. The kitchen was easy to cook in. We enjoyed playing checkers on the game table and watching the football games as we got dinner ready! Great property for families!

Family and Friends Getaway

This was a much needed, relaxing trip with long time friends and family. We had all the space and comfort we needed. The hot tub was a treat, we had TV for the football games, multiple spaces so folks who wanted to play cards or listen to music weren't bothered by others. Beds we're comfy... So basically it was an awesome stay.

Leavenworth Retreat- Covers all the bases.

We loved our stay at this property. Plenty of room, a great location, privacy for our group of 8 to utilize. The hot tub and pickleball court were awesome for us to use with the last remaining amount of energy we had after days of hiking and exploring. Host responded almost immediately to any inquiry. Five Stars.

Fabulous place!

We absolutely loved this place! Our group of 12 was comfortable and the location was awesome. I had an issue with the cooktop- I was planning on making a big batch of pasta sauce, so I brought my own big pot from home. You know because sometimes the kitchens aren’t very well stocked. Well when I put my pan on the cooktop, it wouldn’t heat up. I called the property manager and she was super helpful. She let me know that it was an induction cooktop and that you have to use the special pots and pans that are provided there. Fancier than what I’m used to! So, don’t bother bringing your own :) Luckily, they had a large variety of pots and pans so we were able to make our large batch of sauce. I was super appreciative that the manager was helpful and answered when I called.
