Welcome to Wolfgang Downtown Suites #31! This top-floor suite is an ideal place to feel the beating pulse of our bustling little mountain town.
Experience waking up to the aroma of fresh-baked pastries from the nearby bakery or spending the day touring downtown wine venues only needing to walk a few steps to return home to this convenient and attractive condo. You won't miss a moment of the action from the balcony that overlooks shops, restaurants, and of course people. Inside this third-floor unit, you will be delighted to find an open floor plan and 2 private bedrooms. Relish in the feeling of airiness created by the vaulted ceiling in the living room while the chef in your party whips up a tasty treat in the adjacent fully stocked kitchen. Curl up and get cozy on one of the leather sofas and gaze at the electric fireplace or perhaps a football game while sipping a favorite beverage, this is your vacation after all! When your legs are tired from shopping through the town or hiking in our majestic mountains take your pick between 2 lovely bedrooms to relax and recuperate in, a king-sized bed with an attached full bathroom or the queen-sized bed right next door.

This central location will be a splendid place to get the true downtown Leavenworth experience you are looking for!

Please Note:
There is parking at this unit for 1 car. The space is a carport parking stall with low clearance and only has room for a small to mid-sized car. The driveway is narrow. In winter there is no overnight parking allowed on city streets.
The measurements are:
*Height: 7 feet from floor to ceiling (not a good idea for cars over 6.5 feet tall)
*Width: 7.5 Feet total across.
*Length: 16 feet max in car length.
This unit is located on the 3rd floor and will require you to walk up 2 flights of stairs, as there is no elevator.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

The facility was very clean and comfortable. I could tell they did recent updates/remodeling. Great location too. We only had to walk one block from the apartment to get to the central park in the downtown area. The people who manage the VRBO were very quick to repond and accommodating as well. Just be prepared if you have a larger vehicle for tighter parking. :)

Perfect location

The condo is in a perfect location for walking all over the town of Leavenworth as well as an easy drive for mountain hiking. It has a cozy, comfortable interior with a great kitchen living room. Parking is pretty tight but manageable.

Ultimate Leavenworth Location

Perfect stay at an amazing property. Very clean and spacious condo, stocked with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Big dining room table was a huge plus for cards and board games. This is the best location we have ever stayed at in Leavenworth. Literally, right downtown - steps away from Stein, Larch, and so many others. Communication was perfect. We will definitely visit this location again.

Central location in the heart of Leavenworth. Large living room, which allowed all 4 of us to sit comfortably. We enjoyed our stay! We would stay here again if the parking space was larger.Parking is only for a small/midsize car. The alley that you pull into has no area to swing into the space. We had to park several blocks away and pay.

Great location

We wanted something to easy for wine tastings and celebrating a birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of this rental. Pictures don’t do it justice. All the warnings about it being loud were accurate, just thankful we knew about it!! Had a great time and always love Leavenworth!

The blinds wouldn’t close properly, so was cold and lacked privacy. Also was disappointed there were no tissues in the house. Other places we’ve been in Leavenworth have enough toiletries for the whole stay.

Cute Place Great Location

The property was great and in a great spot to walk everywhere. The down side is if you like to sleep in past 5 or have kids who wake up, do not stay on a Sunday or Monday as we did. Monday, the garbage trucks ran from 5-8 a.m. and Tuesday, I don’t know what was happening but it was so loud! It is also a loading/u loading zone in the alley so that starts super early. Everything else was great. Now that I am home, I am excited to catch up on some sleep.

Wonderful stay

There were no surprises, the accommodations were as described. Parking is tight but that was explained in the description. I can see the out door noise level becoming a problem in the summer season when people are out later but that is to be expected with the prime location being in the heart of down town and ear plugs were provided. I thought that was an awesome addition that was provided.There was plenty of space and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utilities to make a nice home cooked meal. I was very satisfied with the accommodation.
