We had a lovely time. Unfortunately none of us could connect to Wi-Fi had no signal what so ever. One of our party managed to connect briefly for 10 mins but the other 3 could not so this was hopeless. In the en-suite every time we used it there would be clipshears crawling down the walls, on the floor or in the shower. I think we must have found and disposed of aver 50. I think you need to fill in all the gaps in the walls and floors in en-suite. Other than these two points everything was lovely

Lovely little cottage
For a 2 bed property, this felt very spacious. We stayed for a long weekend but could easily have stayed for a week. There is something special about the cottage, beautiful garden and the interior felt fresh and modern. We took our dogs and 4 year old and it was ideal for them. Hot tub was a real treat! It was closer to Elie than we realised and St Andrews was a short car ride away too. Would definitely come back!

Close to ability to get to St. Andrews for The Open
We needed to get the The open easily and this location helped with this goal. We weren’t on the property very much but the meals were delicious and the grounds were beautiful!!

Lovely cottage on Kilconquhar estate with lots of activities to do. Nice part of Fife for walks and visiting nearly towns.
