Room was nice. Love the restaurant everything is clean and beautiful love how close it is to downtown only thing I’m disappointed in is the menus in the room are not updated with the restaurant. Not a big deal our meal was still so delicious but my husband was really excited for the burgo. Overall we’d stay again

Nice quiet spot, close to shopping or the bourbon trail, this is the perfect hotel. We spent several days shopping, supporting local businesses in the region and enjoyed the quietness of The Delegate. We'll be back and will refer to friends.

This hotel has some nice updates to the building. It is an old button factory so concrete is what it is. Sound carries easily and it is next to the historic train station, which is still active (at 3am). The room was clean but small (king bed). Restaurant was nice and food was good nothing to write home about.

Hotel has few services and does not advertise that well. Find parking yourself, lug your suitcases over railroad tracks and stairs, go to the desk for ice, no phone in the room for emergencies, little privacy in the bathroom, use your own apps on the room TV, no gym, no pool, no restaurant on some days…. All of this at a luxury room rate.

The hotel was great as far as style. However, I wish there were some little spots to hang out in the hotel. It was basically a hotel with rooms. A little small for my liking. I didn’t quite like the set up in the rooms. It would have been nice to have a cozy chair. Unfortunately, we heard every noice. For eg. we can hear every drop of pee from the guy above us going to the bathroom. Not good at all! I do want to give a shout out to Kevin at front desk. He was so professional and called me immediately when we left something in our room. Thank you Kevin!
