Finger weg!
Als Information ist im Vorfeld wichtig zu wissen, dass der Besitzer in dieser Wohnung wohnt und diese wohl zur Vermietung anbietet, sobald er nicht im Land ist. Daher befinden sich viele seiner Besitztümer in den Schränken und Kommoden. Zudem befand sich das "Appartement" in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. An vielen Wänden und Ecken war Schimmel zu finden. In der Küche fanden wir in der Schränken verschimmelte Nahrungsmittel (sogar auf dem Geschirr waren Schimmelflecken) und aus dem Kühlschrank roch es extrem übel. Schimmel war übrigens auch in der Waschmaschine zu finden. Im Badezimmer war der Abfluss des Waschbeckens undicht und schon nach kurzer Zeit kam uns unter dem Schrank eine ziemlich braune Suppe entgegen. Insgesamt war der hygienische Zustand der Wohnung eine Katastrophe, denn diese schien schon seit längerem keiner Reinigung unterzogen worden zu sein. Sitzpolster auf Stühlen und den anderen Sitzgelegenheiten als auch die Betten waren überaus verdreckt. Vom Bett mussten wir haufenweise Haare (von wem auch immer) absammeln. Nachdem wir mit den Mängeln der Wohnung auf den "Concierge" zugegangen waren, meinte er erst, wir könnten für das Geld nicht mehr erwarten, hat sich dann aber bereit erklärt einige Sachen zu reinigen und die Schimmelflecken zu überpinseln....eher mit mäßigem Erfolg. Letztendlich hatten wir das Glück (nach vielen erfolglosen Telefongesprächen und Abweisungen) an einen Mitarbeiter der Welkeys Zentrale in Paris verwiesen zu werden, der uns eine Ersatzwohnung anbot. Diese war zwar nur halb so groß, aber sauber. Wir können dieses "luxuriöse Apartment" auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Finger weg!
