The house was well supplied. If we had of forgotten anything it would have been there. We were visiting my son who lives in Lillian so it was very convenient. We enjoyed the property anf felt at home.Ps.Ceiling fans need to be cleaned and a better BBQ grill would go a long way for convenience.

Cozy Home, Quiet Neighborhood

Our family of 4 spent 5 nights at this home away from home. We wanted to be near the beach but also wanted a quiet and non-tourist area to stay in. We were grateful to spread out a bit in this 3 bd/2 bath cozy home. This home is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood about a block away from a neighborhood dock with a great view. We loved being able to fix small meals with cookware and seasonings available, as well as being able to do laundry. Towels, detergent and dryer sheets were made available as well. We loved the location as there were several beaches and restaurants a short drive away. The only opportunities for next time would be that the house was clean but needed to be properly dusted and de-webbed before guests arrived. The headboards, blinds, windowsills and lamps were very dusty. I brought chlorox wipes with me and wiped down the headboards before we used them. Please note this is a carpeted house except for the kitchen and bathrooms and curtains are not in two of the bedrooms or living areas. I slept with an eye mask so this didn’t affect my sleep. Also the hallway bathroom’s shower head holder was broken upon arrival so showering was difficult in that bathroom. I made our contact aware of this the first night we tried to use the shower. My husband ended up rigging it to stay in place with a rubber band. This home met our needs and made our vacation a comfortable one.

Beautiful Home

House was great. Not clean. Crew showed up 30 minutes before check in time. Said power was out that morning ( no other neighbors had an outage) and had trouble getting previous guests out. Floors dirty, not mopped. Garbage under beds. Coffee table had food smears. Just wasn’t clean. Kitchen had lots of extras. Beds were comfy. Yard nice sized. Not mowed. Found extra door key laying in front flower bed! Waited until a little after 4:00 to get in.

Spacious and private with a Great location

This house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac by itself with only one real neighbor that we never saw. It was soooo nice to come in from a long day at the beach or out on the boat and come back to a nice and spacious house. The rooms were nice and large and had all the amenities of home. We washed our clothes the night before we left and was able to unpack clean clothes upon our return. So nice to have that done already! The neighborhood pier/dock is a nice little gem in and of itself and only a short walk away. We were able to capture the most gorgeous photos of both sunrise and sunset from the pier. There are several kayaks and a paddle board to cruise around on if you’d like. The house is fairly close to the beach and other major areas. There is very little traffic in the immediate area and it has the small town feel all around. Would love to return.

Great Location and Great Value!

We had a great experience with our little ones at this home for a week. It was a great location, only 20 minutes to the ocean and less to plenty of restaurants, grocery options, and more! The home was clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed. We will be back!
