Terrible experience. I made my reservation through Expedia and informed the approximate time I would arrive, around midnight. When I arrived, I was informed by the hotel that they did not have my reservation and that they had no availability. However, it became clear that they had overbooked, because while I was there trying to resolve the situation, other people arrived and had the same problem. I stayed until 4 a.m. trying to resolve the issue with Expedia, but nothing was resolved. I was forced to spend the first night in the only room they had available (without a bathroom), and the next day I had to find another hotel on my own and ended up paying four times more than what I had originally paid, since the city was full and there were no hotel rooms available in the area. This hotel is not trustworthy, and neither is Expedia.

I have used the HOTELS app for many years to make my hotel reservations, and Expedia for my flight tickets. What happened with Qema was disgraceful. To secure my stay, I paid on October 30. On the 27th, when I went to check in, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that my room was not available. According to them, it was a problem with the app, that it hadn’t passed along the information, that their system was failing. What??? After 28 days it was still failing??? They left me out on the street, alone, in Lima. There wasn’t a single room available in any district, everything was sold out, nothing. And then I realized why: the final of the Copa Libertadores was being played between two Brazilian teams, Palmeiras and Botafogo, and when I checked the app, the prices of the hotels in the area had skyrocketed exponentially. That was the reason… They made business out of my room that had already been paid for. Hotels like that, with such poor moral standards, should not be on Hotels.com, Expedia, etc. Don’t trust them… In the end, I found one nearby, where I paid double what I had paid for Qema… TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. And there were other people in the same situation at the hotel, complaining that just like me, they had made their reservations too…

Todo estuvo genial, además de las personas que te atienden con mucha amabilidad.
Wonderful room, luxury standard in Peru. I also had an amazing terrace in my room but I think I got lucky by having that!
Staff were extremely helpful & everything was very clean. Location is excellent in Milaflores, about 5 mins walk to the tourist office, shops & hundreds of restaurants & the cathedral.
Everything was wonderful!
My only issue was sharing the bathroom, it seemed to be always occupied and whoever I shared it with was very messy and disgusting actually. So next time I will get my own bathroom.

El lugar es muy cómodo, bastante bonito y agradable.
Solo Que no hubo una buena comunicación y organización, ya que avisé que salía muy temprano y pregunté si había manera de un reembolso porque había pagado mi desayuno y una noche antes me dijeron que tendrían listo un box lunch y no fue así.
Quien me atendió no fue muy agradable y solo me dijo que me podía dar una botella de agua cuando yo había pagado mi desayuno completo, entiendo que era de Madrugada pero ya habíamos llegado a un acuerdo, y también mi baño nunca tuvo Papel higiénico, se les olvidó colocarlo.
