Welcome to Water's Edge #304 which sits on the beach overlooking Siletz Bay and is conveniently located in the Historic Taft District of Lincoln City where you can stroll to the ocean, watch the sea lions sun and play, visit nearby shops and galleries, eat at a variety of delicious restaurants or make your own piece of art at a glass studio. The on-site elevator makes it easy to reach this 3rd floor unit.

You are sure to enjoy your stay in this updated 1 bedroom 1 bath property well appointed with a comfortable king bed, luxurious leather sofa, gas fireplace, granite counters, fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer, 2 flat screen tv's, blu-ray player with a variety of movies, board games, books and a gas grill. You can relax on the deck and take in the view while sipping your morning coffee or enjoy a stunning sunset.

Beach access to the bay is right behind the complex with the ocean beach access a short walk to the west. As you stroll you can try your luck at finding one of the coveted glass floats left around the beaches in Lincoln City.

I had a difficult time with checking in which was my fault as I am not that computer savvy! Spent close to 3 hours trying to get in and finally called my grandson to take care of it. Otherwise the rest of my time was great! Vert relaxing.

Loved balcony and sunset views

Had everything necessary for a comfy stay, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed. Our faves were sitting on deck watching sunset, walking on beach and of course the fireplace at night.

This place is exactly as stated and in the pictures. Nice kitchen, spacious bedroom. A few small issues but overall, very clean. Great selection of games and movies too! Would definitely stay again.

So great this was our 2nd stay!

Perfect location - where the Siletz meets the Pacific. Clean, updated, well stocked. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. We will be back for a third stay soon.

Would stay here again

Great view of the bay, can walk right on the sand. Convenient location next to market and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, etc, everything you need ( we cooked all meals). Bring your own sharp cooking knife. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The condo was warm, we opened the windows when we were home (the temps were low 50s to 60s). There were fans available that we used. My daughter noticed the smell of cigarettes from the condo next door, but I didn’t notice it ( could have been renters). We would stay again.

Great view

The condo was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The view of Siletz Bay is gorgeous. I was traveling for work and this nice condo checked all the boxes- comfortable bed, clean, easy access to everything. Communication with the management company and/or owner was super smooth and very fast. Instructions for check in and out were complete and easy to follow. I’d stay again.

Noisy

Very nice condo but the noise from the highway made sitting on the balcony unbearable. Could not have the sliding door opened because of the noise. The elevator was broken for a day which was not handy if you are disabled.

Perfect Night Away

We did an overnight to get some time on the beach with our kids after having a new baby and being stuck in the house forever. Location was exactly what we hoped for and the unit was very nicely updated. Overall a perfect stay.

Comfortable & Pleasant

Very nice space in a convenient location. With the storm that came through we were thankful for such a comfortable and cozy place to stay in. The desk/workspace in the bedroom was a nice feature. The unscented laundry detergent provided for our use was appreciated and the kitchen was very user friendly. The only minor thing we missed having was salt and pepper.
