High end Loon Mountain home, sleeps 15, luxury 6 bedroom, 4 œ bath private house was built for comfort and style and beautifully decorated, with attention to details that reflect the woodland feel of the area. Our three story home has an Aspen feel to it throughout the seasons and is among the nicest rentals in the area with plenty of privacy and the best views on loon mountain! Amenities of the house include use of our membership to the Mountain Club at Loon which includes access to an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, tennis and fitness center. In addition, the house has a two-car garage, outdoor grill area, dishwasher, washer and dryer, luxury gourmet kitchen with separate beverage refrigerator, wi-fi, and cable. The home also has THREE master suites with private master bathrooms, an additional queen bedroom with room for two other twin beds, a full-size bedroom with a twin bed. The home features two great rooms one on the main floor with a fireplace and expansive views of the mountain. Also, a lower level family area with a full-size sleep sofa, full bath, and lots of room. In addition, we feature a separate loft area for quite reading or enjoying the views. This home was designed and built to be enjoyed by multiple families, yet large enough to provide space to enjoy, all you need to do is enjoy yourself!

We added a crib in one of the bedrooms plus easily drop in baby gates to keep toddlers off the stairs
We have parking to easily fit 8-12 vehicles in the driveway.

Great communication with David. The house is amazing and has everything you could need. We utilized the pool at the resort and the staff was very personable and welcoming. Recommend this house to anyone interested in staying in Lincoln and/or Loon Mountain.

This house is large with lots of room for people to spread out. The balcony is huge with incredible views from all angles (the best views in the area, in my opinion). The kitchen is beautiful and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The building construction used all high-quality materials so you really feel like you are in a luxury resort. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation or large family gathering.

The space was beautiful, the gorgeous deck felt safe for the young kids, the crib and safety measures were a huge bonus for the youngest family member, communication was clear and prompt, and the house was even better than pictured. We had a fabulous 5 day stay at this fantastic home! The house is everything you see in the photos and much more. It was more than enough room for 13 of us and met all our needs. Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 children) enjoyed our stay in Lincoln, NH. The home was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. Whenever we had a question before and during our visit, the host was quick to answer and gracious. Can’t say entirely good things about our experience.

Beautiful Loon Mountain Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this spacious, well stocked home. The deck was wonderful with a beautiful view. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms for a large group and a great family bedroom with two separate sleeping areas for the young kids. The pool was a bit inconvenient for 10 of us to get to so we rarely took advantage of it but o complaints about the pool itself. I would recommend staying here
