Großzügiges Hotel abseits des Touristenrummels

Schönes neues Hotel mit gutem Service. Strand sehr schön, feiner Sand und sauberes Wasser, ziemlich leer, aber ca. 2 km entfernt ( Hotelshuttle auf Anforderung) Zur Zeit eines von nur 2 - 3 in Betrieb befindlichen Hotels, die ganze Gegend wird gerade in einem Mammutprojekt für gehobenen Urlaub erschlossen.Anlage wie auch die gesamte Gegend ausschließlich von Chinesen besucht, die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen aber alle Englisch, im Gegensatz zur sonstigen Bevölkerung. In der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essenslokale. Zimmer wie das ganze Hotel sehr großzügig, Betten allerdings sehr hart.Essensauswahl gut, aber doch ziemlich auf chinesische Wünsche abgestellt, was angesichts des Publikums auch nicht verwundert.

Flott Hotell med god mat

Flott Hotell med variert og god mat. Hotell området var flott opparbeidet med basseng og uteområdet. Forøvrig har det vert og fortsatt er en storstilt utbygging av andre Hotell og resort samt golfbaner og asias største marina i Sanyas Clearwather Bay området. Men det kan se ut som att mye fortsatt står tomt. Ser frem til og komme tilbake om 5 år og se hvordan utviklingen har vert, men det blir nok eventyrlig som så mye annet er i Kina.

I am very disappointed with hotel services

service was not good at all. The booking confirmation provided wrong tel number to us, so I could not contact hotel for the pick-up. The location of clear bay is far from Sanya city no taxi willing to take us to this hotel....., another problem was the water leaking of Toilet, no room change no dealing with the problem.....very upset to stay at this holiday resort
