The apartment was clean, very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful which added to the overall enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again in future.

Stayed here last year and returning for this festive period was a no-brainier. Booking and check in is easy, staff are friendly, and rooms are clean and spacious. Location is about as central as it gets - easy to walk around the city centre and enjoy Liverpool’s offerings. The city is my home, so these trips are less about sightseeing and more about time with family, but a few places we like and would recommend: Mother Espresso, Bean and Coffi for coffee The Philharmonic for a performance Moiim for homely Korean food Wander for locally curated gifts Derek’s for great sandwiches London Carriage Works for festive afternoon tea Man Tsuen Ho’s for Chinese food Slowpour and Le Petit Cafe du Coin for drinks

Overall value for money was fairly good but the mattress was very uncomfortable which made it hard to get a proper night’s rest. The weekends are very noisy even on the “quieter” side of the building. The shower was excellent and the kitchenette was great for a longer stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Onsite laundry facilities were also handy. I could probably deal with the weekend noise if the mattress was comfortable, that’s the only reason why I wouldn’t book a stay here again.
