This lovely vacation home with its huge communal pool welcomes you in Livry-sur-Seine, 4 km south of Melun and only 60 km from the gates of Paris. The location on the edge of the forest is ideal for beautiful walks in the woods or along the nearby Seine. Fontainebleau and its magnificent castle are only 14 km away and easily accessible by car or bicycle. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted by the 18-hole course at Golf de Fontainebleau. The castles of Vaux-le-Vicomte (9 km), Blandy-les-Tours (15 km) and Courances (26 km), as well as the National Gendarmerie Museum in Melun (6 km) are also worth a visit. Open year-round, the Seine-Ecole recreation center in Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry (14 km) is located in a 25-hectare natural area and has three bodies of water along the Seine. It will delight the whole family with its marina, its health heisparcour, its picnic areas with barbecue facilities and its games for children. You can fish there on a reserved water, pony rides, wakeboarding or just walk around. For an excursion that will delight young and old, the famous theme park Disneyland Paris (50 km) is less than an hour's drive away. The geographical location is ideal to easily visit the capital, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. For those who prefer public transport, less than 15 minutes walk from the vacation accommodation, you can take the train (Transilien R) that connects Livry-sur-Seine station with "Gare de Lyon" station in Paris in 45 minutes. With many attractions and activities nearby waiting for you, you will surely find your happiness.
