Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV and air conditioner. You have access to the 50 sqm balcony to the 50 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (30 l, freezer) and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and overlooking the sea. You have access to the 3 sqm balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Ližnjan. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, 2.50 m x 4.20 m, 1.40 m deep).
