Welcome to the wonderful village of Hofterup, which is located just outside Malmö. In this house you have the opportunity to experience Skåne in the very best way. The house has beds for eight people divided into two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with four single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room where there is also a smart TV. The kitchen is bright, has plenty of work surfaces and is also equipped with a dishwasher. There is a large bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer. On the paved patio there is room to both relax and have dinner when the weather permits. There is also a grill for when you want a really summery meal.

Things to do in Hofterup and the surrounding area

With only three km to the nearest beach at Saxtorpssjöarna and five km to Barsebäck beach by the sea, this house is a perfect starting point for those of you who want sun and swimming. Barsebäck's golf course is also not far away, just five minutes by car.
For those who want to get out into nature, there is both Järavallen's outdoor area and Salviken's beach meadows to discover. Other nature activities offered in the immediate area are TreeWalker, a high-altitude course among the treetops with a zipline. For those interested in history, there is VikingaTider, a farm where environments from the Viking Age have been recreated and where you can try out Viking life for a day.
If you are looking for more big city pulse, you have Sweden's third largest city, Malmö, less than half an hour away. Here there are restaurants, museums and shopping for all tastes and price ranges!

Wir haben nach Besichtigung der Wohnung, diese nicht bezogen. Es handelt sich nicht um ein modernes Ferienhaus, sondern um ein altes, renoviertes Bauernhaus. Das Bad befindet sich nicht im Ferienhaus. Von der Küche führt ein dunkler Gang ins Nachbarhaus, wo sich das Bad befindet. Direkt neben der Badtür findet sich eine verschlossene Tür, die mit "privat" gekennzeichnet ist. Für den Ferienhausmieter ist nicht zu kontrollieren, wer von aussen Zugang zum Gerienhaus und zum Badezimmer durch diese Tür bekommt. Die Eingangstür ist nicht die auf dem Bild abgebildete. Der Essbereich ähnelt eher einer Galerie, der Wohnzimmerbereich ist sehr dunkel und eignet sich maximal zum Fernsehen, obwohl wir es bei Sonnenschein besichtigt haben. Die Zimmer erscheinen auf den Bildern deutlich größer. Es sind keine weiteren Ferienhäuser in der Umgebung. In direkter Nachbarschaft findet sich ein großer Hof für abgewrackte Wohnmobile. Insgesamt eine trostlose Umgebung.
