1 parking space directly in front of each entrance door, 1 living room with lounge area (TV, radio), dining area and fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 spacious shower room (barrier-free, handicapped friendly), 1 generous, wind-protected sun terrace at each holiday home with view of the peninsula , The basic cleaning is done by the tenant. The final cleaning is included in the rent and will be taken over by the landlord.

The Stud Farm Inselhof on Lake Garda opened in the summer of 1997 comfortable, handicapped accessible holiday homes with a picturesque view of the Stud Peninsula. Here are people in need of rest, nature-loving people, families and groups, art lovers, horse lovers and riders with their own horse the best conditions for a carefree stay. A pension horse paddock is located in front of the house. A parking space for horse trailer is available. 4 cottages with 2 bedrooms for year-round use with telephone and barbecue area, use of the neighboring stud farm. 1 combined living room / kitchen, shower / WC. Services: rolls, drinks, shopping, child and babysitting, transfer from / to the train station Airport. Additional services such. B.  Horse boxes (€ 15.00 - for each brought horse), riding lessons (€ 12.00 - € 26.00 - depending on the type of hour), bike rental fee (€ 6.00 per day), rowing boat (€ 4.00 per hour ./ 10,00 € half day / 22,00 € full day) and renewal of bed linen / towels (6,00 € per person) will be charged additionally on the spot. Washing machine and dryer are available by arrangement. Please contact the owner before arrival for the purpose of handing over the keys and please inform the landlord when booking your mobile number.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 09:00 to 11:00.
