Inside the air-conditioned property enjoys an open-plan living space with a large dining table, a sofa, a flat-screen TV and large patio doors leading out to the veranda. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Location

Residence Il Borgo is located a few minutes\' walk from the pretty village of Porto San Paolo. This is a Marine Protected Area and the sea is famous for its clear turquoise colour. The island of Tavolara dominates the coastal landscape and can be visited from Porto San Paola where the ferries depart to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. Here there are many boutiques, restaurants and bars centered around the marina for visitors to enjoy. The area offers a fascinating fusion of beautiful little bays and diverse landscapes for hikers and there are beaches within walking distance, including Loiri. Two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are also close by, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive). There are also many sporting activities nearby including surfing, snorkelling, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive away.
