The luxury property with an exclusive swimming pool has as its backdrop the regal majesty of the island of Tavolara.
The villa is independent, surrounded by a garden of 6000 m2 and protected by a boundary wall and a net, the outside is composed in addition to the beautiful swimming pool also by a shower in the rock and sunbeds, it also consists of a large veranda with barbecue, sofas and a table for 12 people.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The property has a ground floor and a basement. The villa is furnished partly with modern furniture and partly with antique furniture because of the noble origins of their owners.

The villa has 6 double bedrooms with 6 private bathrooms and air conditioning, the first supply of bed linen and towels is included in the rent.

3 hours of daily cleaning are included in the rental price. Should the client request more hours per day, these will be considered extra cleaning to be paid separately at euro 15.00 per hour.


NOTE:
- there is an extra charge of EUR 1500.00 per week for consumption not included in the rental price and daily housekeeper.
- in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs

Please note: the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners.
