The flat contains everything you'll need to feel at home in London. Located in the most beautiful, vibrant & sought-after location in Clapham. If you haven't lived in London before, I can guarantee that the heart of Clapham Old Town is in probably the best all-round location in South West London.

The flat is a modern, huge, recently built, open plan one bedroom space. It's warm & quiet, with effective underfloor heating and perfect sound proofing. A sunrise facing balcony provides space for 2 people to relax in the morning sunshine overlooking a quiet courtyard.

The flat is capable of accommodating 4 people. The bedroom contains a comfortable King sized bed with memory foam mattress, hotel quality linen & goose down duvet, ample storage space for clothes & a fan for warm evenings. The living room can sleep 1 on a high quality single airbed with bedding provided & 1 on the sofa.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, NutriBullet, oven, hobs, kettle, pots/pans, cutlery, glasses, herbs & spices as well as free quality tea, coffee & Nespresso capsules etc.

The entertainment system is superb, there's a 50" HDTV with high quality speakers capable of playing Music & Video via Airplay or Chromecast. So you can stream media off your personal Apple, Android or Windows device.

You'll also have access to super-fast & reliable fibre-optic 50Mb broadband via Wi-Fi as well as fresh bedding, towels & other essentials to make your stay as comfortable & homely as possible.

If you are staying for an extended period then I will make sure to have someone meet you in person, for short stays i'm afraid this is not possible but I've organised everything to make your stay completely seamless. The neighbourhood

It really is hard to convey in writing just how amazing the location of my flat is, Clapham Old Town is a really vibrant, buzzy area with incredible bars, restaurants, shops & green space all within a 2 minute walk. I will provide you with my detailed guide to the local area once you have booked.

For example Clapham Common is a huge open park just seconds away, and in the summer it's great for a picnic, live music, sunbathing, jogging & other sports. There are award winning restaurants just around the corner, as well as numerous supermarkets and shops.


Getting around

The location is perfect!
- 2 minutes to the tube (12 minutes into Central London)

- Clapham Junction is a major train station with airport & UK links. It's only 10 mins away on the bus or a 25 min walk.

- Cycle to central London in 20-30mins, there are cycle hire stations (£2 for the day) only 7 mins walk away.


Other things to note

There is a very comfortable airbed available to sleep on in the living room. It's also possible to sleep on the sofa & a fresh set of bedding will be provided for both on request. Note that the sofa is not technically a convertible sofa bed, but given it's huge size & comfort you should have no problems getting a great night's sleep! I personally find it more comfortable than most sofa beds i've slept on.
