We really enjoyed the hotel. It appears new and clean and is in good condition. The beds are firm and comfortable. The rooms are very small, but that is made clear in the description. We enjoyed the options on the ipad for controling the lighting and temperature from the bed.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, great location! If you prefer a traditional hotel room with a sofa, chair, desk, etc. this is not the one. Basically just a bed and bathroom, but perfect if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in your room and are willing to utilize the great public space in lobby.

You get what you need at (any) CitizenM. They are ideal for short stays. The service is excellent. The rooms are small, clean, efficient and techo. We had the breakfast and it exceeded expectations - especially with unlimited espresso.

Super spotless and modern. Really loved the staff and it’s so close to Victoria station! I would highly recommend staying here. Very close walking distance to Big Ben, The Buckingham Palace and St. James Park. Very convenient spot and I would stay here again.
