Let's start with the good. We had an excellent view of the Thames. There are two grocery stores at hand. The rooftop Lebanese restaurant is excellent and a saving grace. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The showers are excellent. On the downside the mattresses are hard and the rooms are cramped. They have Japanese toilets which normally would be a plus but they seem to have bought the child size. The breakfast game is weak, especially room service. And then there's the POTUS restaurant, yes, as in President Of The United States. This is terrible branding. No one who travels abroad wants to think about the President. But the food is solid. In all an OK hotel with great views and a great Lebanese restaurant.

The hotel was great! Well located, walkable distance to the main attractions such as Big Ben or the Abbey. We ordered breakfast to the room almost every morning and it was great! Specially the salmon bagel. The omelette is quite flat. The staff is friendly
