We booked this fairly last minute for an event the next day at Olympia, and it was perfect. 2 minute walk from the train station and handy location above two shops where we were able to get forgotten items such as toothbrushes. Apartment was a perfect size for us as a family of four, clean and everything we needed. Only down side was people in neighbouring apartments slamming their doors repeatedly up until 10pm which wasn’t ideal before an early start but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Would stay again!

We were arriving earlier than check-in and needed someplace for our bags. Our room was being cleaned when we arrived and we were allowed to leave our bags in the room and were given the key. When we returned for the night, the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Wife and I were visiting from the states for the London Book Fair, and this place was perfect for us. It was a two minute walk to the venue. It was clean and well equipped. Location is about a two minute walk away from the public train station (the Tube), and there are tons and tons of pubs and restaurants all within a twenty minute walk away or even ten minutes depending on what you’re wanting. The host was great about communication and took care of the minor issue we had of the tv not working the very next day.

The room was clean and check-in, was easy. However, for me the water almost flooding the shower tray, was not what I needed after not being able to sleep due to the emergency lighting. I’m used to a dark room and the green lights that shines bright when the lights are off caused me to have a very disturbed sleep. Even when attempting to sleep under the covers, but I struggle with my face being covered and that this made it worse.

The place is infested with bed bugs. We travelled back home with our entire body itching. We had to see our doctor for treatment when we arrived. This was the most horrible experience we had during our travel. The stress we went through was insane as we had to take every precaution to make sure those bugs didn’t get to our home.

The superior studio offered ample space and was ideally located within close proximity to Kensington Olympia station, making it very convenient for travel. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly impacted by persistent noise from the property above. Loud disturbances began as early as 4 a.m. and continued throughout the day, which made it difficult to rest and enjoy the stay. This ongoing issue detracted from what would otherwise have been a very pleasant accommodation.

Awesome apartment to stay in London!

I had booked this apartment for myself, daughter and 2 young grandkids based on their good reviews and because it was close to my sister's home in the High Street Kensington area. It was clean and cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities.. And the host ,Moe ,was very pleasant communicating with me through text and checking me in. I highly recommend it for any short or long term stay in London ...so check this place out, everyone!

All the facilities and amenities in the apartment are absolutely perfect for a family with children to stay. Full kitchen facilities - microwave, oven and washing machine. Iron / ironing board & hair drier are all there. One thing that could have been useful was a tea towel! Abysmal all round. As someone who has travelled a lot of the world while staying in hostels, this may be the worse place i have encountered. Completely misrepresented in the photos. The building is poorly secured, the code was read out to us over speakerphone in a busy street, no one met us at the property. We could hear people arguing on the fire escape out side of the sash window. The apartment itself was very dirty and smelt of years of fried foods. The bedding was visably soiled and tatty. The pull out sofa that the children were to sleep on had ingrained stains and the frame was broken. Staff (who we could only contact on the telephone) offer to send a cleaner, but if this would help, why was it not already done? On the balance of salvaging our 2 nights away in London, we decided it would not be safe or enjoyable to stay hear and had to hastily book a premier inn. The owners have declined my request for a refund. Hotels.com have been equally unhelpful, apparently if they try to contact the property, but they dont answer there will not be any accountability. Please take my advice and stay elsewhere

Made to wait an hour before somebody met me to check-in. Large laundry bags left on landing areas. Tv didn’t work. Lack of kitchen facilities, no frying pan, tea towels or bin liners. Large group of foreign males in rooms making noise late at night and early in the morning. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay. No information on any Wi-Fi. Accommodation in a poor state internally.

Host was good communicator, very accommodating and responsive. Perfectly fine for a budget accommodation in London compared to a hotel, since we were a group of five, hard to find accommodations for that large of a group. Shower(no bath) is on the small side so larger guests may not love this. Sink is minuscule but quite normal from what I can see. Beds of average comfort. Sun comes up early and sets late so bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in/are light sensitive. Plenty of towels and sheets were fresh. Apartment is easy to access and about 5-10 min walk from Kensington Olympia station. Don’t miss the little breakfast/coffee place a few doors over, great food and prices.

Fab area

First of all, staying in Kennsington is wonderful...what a fabulous area. And they have done a great job of renovating the units in the building. It was alittle tight for a family of 4, but we knew that would be the case, based on the size. The one thing I did find annoying was a take-away place across the street. Between 10pm and 2am every night there were motor bikes picking up takeaway deliveries. When the windows are shut it is fine, but in summer when you want the windows open, it becomes noisy. Oh well, you can't have it all.

Dirty accomodations

Terrible experience, this apartment advertised as Luxury Properties and it's not, the apartment did not look like the one in the pictures, and the accommodations were in a dark basement, the place was very dirty, towels were dirty, the glasses and silverware dirty, and hairs all over the bathroom (see pictures) Service was not good at all, as my flight was canceled y ask them to cancel one night or just move my stay one day and the owner was not flexible at all, and paying an extra night in with them (bathroom as well full of hairs)
