Convenient and clean place to stay

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The check in is easy. The room is small but very clean with all amenities available. The bed is comfortable and we have a good night sleep. Kitchen is clean with microwave and drinks provided. Excellent location with walkable distance to many attractions.

The reception desk was unmanned, and when I got through to the mobile phone number stuck on the front door, there was confusion over what booking they had. The room was sparse, with no reading light. The promised facilities (kettle, microwave etc) were in a shared "kitchen". The alleged "sound proofed" rooms were defeated by the neighbouring railway and road junction.

A fairly basic small B&B type hotel with a few rooms and a kitchen that guests can use to make tea/coffee or your own breakfast. Everything was very clean and my single room was small but very quiet and had a refurbished bathroom with good shower. Friendly owner was very welcoming. Solid small scale place in a great location

Leman House was a great little hotel in a central part of London. You get what you pay for in terms of the cost. If you just need a small room and don't want to break the bank, this is definitely your place. The only main drawback was the size of the bathroom which was quite, quite small. But if you don't mind that, then this place will more than tick the box.
