Nice quaint rooms in these converted row houses. Breakfast is excellent. The only thing I would recommend is cleaning the furniture in the lobby area.

Poor heating in the room,, could not walk around the bed. Bedsheets were crisp and decent quality. Room carpet tired and needs replacing. Bathroom body wash dispenser did not work effectively. Reception staff polite and efficient. Overall this is a 2.5 star hotel

Good location but the hotel itself is in a really poor condition. Rooms and general hotel need renovating drastically to warrant the 4 stars as it’s not like the service is 4 star either. Disappointing for the price paid.

Very friendly staff. Great location and not noisy despite being on the main A4 road. Rooms are perfectly adequate though the curtains do let in some light. Good WiFi. Lift is tiny!
