L'appart est au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée : d'un cÎté (salon canape lit) la rue avec un bon double vitrage de l'autre (2 chambres) jardins un niveau en dessous, mais grands immeubles vue plongeante. Appartement modeste, ancien... sdb petite WC non séparés. .. Mais plutÎt bien équipé propre. Lits confortables et finalement peu de bruits pour les nuits

The location of this flat is its greatest asset – it's in a brilliant area and absolutely perfect for exploring Camden and accessing the rest of London. The property itself is a good functional size for the city, the internet connection is fast and reliable, and we were not bothered by any street noise.A huge positive was the owner, who was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a couple of issues during our stay, and they dealt with them very quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.However, there were a few significant downsides that impacted our stay. The apartment was not clean enough on our arrival. We found mould in several of the rooms. Furthermore, the sleeping arrangements were very poor. We found the mattresses on the beds to be very uncomfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room is extremely worn, uncomfortable, and in need of replacement. This significantly impacted our sleep quality.While you can't hear the street, the noise from the upstairs neighbours was noticeable and could be disruptive at times.In summary, this is an okay flat in an unbeatable location with a great host, but the some issues with cleanliness and sleeping comfort prevent it from being a great stay

Location, location, was a must for us. We lived like we were Camden neighbors, walked the streets, use the buses,trains and undergrounds like any other neighbour. We were there for the Oasis concert in Wembley and went to the ABBA theater. So we traveled the city far and wide!!! The apartmemt had all the utilities you neede and more. The feeling of not being a tourist was the best satisfaction we had. Great work. Keep it up!!

Wonderful Stay in Camden Town

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Camden Town at this property. The location is ideal for catching the bus (some literally steps away, the tube or overground. You can take a stroll along Camden Locks to the market, food stalls, great shops etc. It's also just around the corner from Sainsburys and a Costa Coffee. The property itself was perfect for us. The 2 bedrooms are at the back of the apartment which means they faced a pretty quiet courtyard and we slept with the windows open for a nice summer breeze with quiet away from typical city sounds on the road. The bathroom is tucked in, but plenty big with a full bathtub and fantastic water pressure! The kitchen was great and has a washing machine that was great and easy to use. The fridge is big and has a full freezer too if you need it. The check-in/key pickup is a little tricky, but worked out just fine with the good instructions the owner provided. Check-out was a breeze. Overall, I'd recommend this cute property for your London stay. We would definitely return again.

Apartment was comfortable and clean, felt safe. Good for our family of four to spread out in the evening . Main streets in the area have a lot of sketchy looking people walking around, but we never felt unsafe, even walking back from pubs at 11pm. Close to underground/northern line, so easy to get just about anywhere on the tube. Hung out at Camden Arms and Prince Albert pubs
..close by, good food. Grocery and coffee shops close by. Would stay there again!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for 10 days in November. 3 adults. It was exactly as described and photographed. Marco was a pleasure to correspond with, although we never met. We had a really nice stay.Flat is extremely spacious, especially for London. Fully equipped kitchen- including a full sized fridge! Lots of info about the area and the flat provided in a book. The location is good. Almost across the street from the Overground, and a short walk to the Tube. It was quite warm for November when we were there so it was terrific that we could adjust the heat. It was always comfortable. A couple of things to be aware of- As an American I had never used a stove like the one in the flat and I could never really figure out how to use it! And despite all the info provided about everything else, there was nothing in the book about it. Marco did try to help though, and hopefully the book has been updated (for us clueless Americans)The soundproofing to the flat downstairs is awful. The neighbors below sometimes got cranky with us (just for walking around after 10pm.) The neighbors are investigating what to do about it, so hopefully there will be a fix soon.Ironically the soundproofing to the outdoors is fantastic. It’s a ground level flat and you could barely hear an ambulance go by!We love the Camden area and this was a great place to stay. We would stay here again. Thanks Marco!

Nice apartment in a convenient neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay. Property manager was proactive and gave very clear directions regarding key pickup and other procedures. Apartment is nicely furnished and rooms were nice size. Pictures are accurate. Liked the neighborhood - it's a bit out of the way from the main tourist sites, but London is easy enough to get around by bus/tube. Quiet street, but lots nearby.

pleasant and well-managed flat in a good location

This is a pleasant flat in a good London location; there are many transportation options close by for getting to major tourist attractions, and plenty to see in Camden too (don't miss Pizzeria di Camden down the block, Regent's Park, or the Regent's Canal). The flat can be somewhat noisy at times, both from traffic outside and from the upstairs neighbors; nothing unusual for an urban flat, especially one in a lively, mixed-use area. Otherwise the flat is very good: cleaner than the average rental; good kitchen and bathroom; comfortable, attractive furniture; high ceilings. Accurate and Easy

Marco and the team made everything easy, from booking to check-out. We were in the London area for 7 days and found this Camden location ideal, with easy access to buses and over/under ground stations. The apartment had all the bits and pieces one might need for either a short or extended stay. The property does share walls/floors with other properties, however had no interactions with any neighbours and found the mutual limitation of noise from 10pm worked well. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay close to London and visit the surrounding areas.

Great Location, clean, very good communication with host and cleaners. Close to grocery store, public transit, and Camden market. Would stay again if we return to Lindon!

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location!!!

Our stay was so comfortable in this Camden property!! Although cold outside, the flat was warm and inviting. The flat is perfectly appointed with everything we needed especially in the kitchen- a must with an infant. We appreciated the use of high chair and crib. Communication was prompt, and it was so kind of Marco to check in with us to ensure our stay was going well. Access to the flat was easy from arrival to departure. We greatly appreciated being in a prime location for everything- grocery stores, pubs, transportation (buses, overground, underground) were all so close. The pub on the corner (only a few steps away) and the Colonel Fawcett down the street were great! So many diverse food choices nearby but this location also allows for ease of access to all tourist spots as well. We loved being able to walk along the canal and fun to watch the locks in action. Overall, I highly recommend this property. We plan to return!!
