Terrible smell coming from bathroom room 109! Smelled like half poo, half dead animal? So bad I could not keep bathroom door open. I think coming from sink drain. Asked property to fix and they closed the sink stopper. That helped a bit.

Loved our stay at Sonder, staff were all very helpful special mention to the lovely Niko who assisted us with our luggage. The employees were all really nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Really good bed, I often struggle to sleep elsewhere but I slept really well. Easy to get in with the code provided. Friendly & Helpful Reception

Very convenient location for Paddington, friendly and helpful front desk with lockers to leave luggage. The lift only goes to the 2nd floor and stairs to top are steep, narrow and awkward for carrying bags - may not suit if not very mobile. Room was compact but clean, bed comfortable, large shower room but pressure poor. Good value for London and would stay again.
