Store, veldig greie rom, fint for noen dager

overraskendw bra for prisen! Ligger pÄ andre siden av gaten til Hyde park og i gÄavstand til Notting Hill, portebello raod. Rommene var store. Fint opphold! Ikke kjÞp inkl frokost, standarden er alltid dÄrlig, pluss at frokosten var et annet sted enn pÄ hotellet.

Our room on the ground floor was nice and big. It was a bit warm though, and we had to open the windows to let in some air... and street pollution ( air and noise). An occasional foul smell would also waft in, although we weren't sure exactly where that was coming from, as it didn't appear to be coming from outside. Other than that, the room was comfortable. Hotel location was decent.

No water pressure, otherwise fine.

Clean, but no water pressure in the bathroom making it difficult to shower. You could hear the elevator running, but it was monotonous and you could zone it out eventually if you don't need absolute quiet to sleep. Large enough for all our stuff. We had a double room on the top floor.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westland Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Excellent location. Reasonably priced

easy to find, helpful staff and tidy entrance. Quad room a very good size with small balcony to front of building. Pity room was worn. With missing light fittings and drawer handles. Shower was not usable, but full size bath.

GemĂŒtliches Hotel in guter Lage

GemĂŒtliches Hotel mit britischem Charme und freundlichem Personal. FĂŒr Londoner VerhĂ€ltnisse war das Zimmer sehr groß. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hyde Park, einer Bus- und mehreren U-Bahnhaltestellen. Am Abend gibt es kostenlose GetrĂ€nke in der Lobby. Auf Wunsch gibt es rabattiertes FrĂŒhstĂŒck in einem Cafe in HotelnĂ€he.

Good location with walking distance to both Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate stations. Nice to have Hyde Park across the street. Pretty worn down hotel with worn furniture...

For short stay- OK!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel style is romantic, looks like on the pictures. Only one remark: the wall between two rooms are not the best, if the neighbours a little bit louder every words can be hear.

Reasonable price and friendly staff

Travelling with two young children (3 yrs and 3 months) we got a room with enough space for four beds. I would have preferred a cot and not an adult size bed for my baby. Maybe they don't have any? We asked the staff to remove one bed (which they did) and to clean the bath for paint residue (also done). Friendly staff and good neighbourhood (really good playground in Kensington Gardens just across the street). Hotel standard as expected for price at that location.

Good Location

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. My room was comfortable and I enjoyed the complimentary 6 o'clock bar service. I did find a glass full of live bugs in my bed, but the hotel dealt with it immediately and switch me to a bug free room. The hotel location is excellent.

PrisvÀrt hotell

Ett tillrÀckligt bra hotell för de pengar vi gav för 5 nÀtter som ligger nÀra kommunikation med budss och tunnelbana. Lite slitet men prisvÀrt dÄ det Àr ett lÄgpris hotell. Trevligt med en samling i lobbyn pÄ kvÀllen innan man gick ut för lite tilltugg och dryck.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Kofferannahme vor Check-In (10.30 Uhr) ohne Probleme; Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig; FrĂŒhstĂŒck können wir nicht bewerten, weil nicht genutzt; Zimmer relativ groß mit 2 Einzelbetten, Zimmer mit Erker (sehr schön), abends laut durch den Strassenverkehr, aber das weiß man ja, wenn man das Zimmer bucht;Hatten durch andere Hotelbewertungen Ohrstöpsel dabei (wegen LĂ€rm aus Nachbarzimmern?), den wir allerdings gar nicht hatten, Reinigung der Zimmer absolut i.O., jeden Tag saubere HandtĂŒcher, obwohl das gar nicht nötig gewesen wĂ€re.Tolles Hotel fĂŒr einen StĂ€dtetrip, wenn man nicht in einer postmodernen Unterkunft nĂ€chtigen möchte.

Great hotel, close to metros

Lovely hotel. Clean and close to metro and right out front of the hotel is the hop on hop off bus stop. Would stay here again

Very nice hotel simply excellent location

I never smoke in a hotel room very simple rule and having to leave your room to take a trip down to the street is simply a time hassle. It was so nice to make a morning coffee and sit out on the balcony close the balocony door and enjoy a smoke or have a comfortable night cap watching the city and not having to go down to the street. Defiantly stay again and request a balcony. Just a nice place , excellent location and bonus excelent smiling staff .
