House is located in the 💝of the Poconos in a private and safe community filled with amenities. 3minutes to the Beach!. Across the street from indoor community pool. Within minutes away to the biggest water park Kalahari, Camelback, shopping, dinning places , Casino, Pocono Raceway, Farmers Market every Wed and Sat during the season.
House offers HOT TUB, free WIFI, fire pit ,bikes ,hammock, game room, all the essentials and toiletries . Tv in each room and more !

**Minimum Age to Rent is 25

There is 2 nights minimum for weekend (Friday-Sunday) and 3 nights for holidays. If you want to book 6 months in advance, please ask before I'm happy to work with you on the schedule.
Speeding, Fireworks and loud music are not allowed in IML. The Community is very strict about it, there is $1000 fine each time. The fine will be deducted from your deposit.

All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 2 floors, non-smoking house, Smart TV, (no cable, you would have to use your own Netflix, Hulu account ), Internet, hot tub, pool and foosball table, billiard . Linens Included!!! The house is a perfect haven for family and friends who want to get away from it all, with the comfort of a home. All tableware and cookware are provided, amenities includes microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker , coffe beans - coffee grinder .

The house features a deck with a propane (provided) BBQ grill, fire pit behind the house (it is not shoveled during the winter, fire wood is not provided ) and hot tub.

THIS is not a "PARTY HOUSE". Sorry . But in case of the special event I can help you to arrange one in our Club House across the street.
Minimum AGE to Renter is 25. (except families traveling with their kids). No proms please. The person that is on the rental agreement, must be 25 years old and must be present at the check in day. You can have up to 8 people max (adults and kids, infants). otherwise Your reservation will be canceled without a refund.
The laundry room is available for guests . Laundry detergent is provided. Please note that we are on a septic system. Please flush ONLY toilet paper. You will need to wait for hot water after a few showers. Please do not drive/park on the grass! We would like to prevent any tire marks on the grass .

The house is located minutes from Skirmish Paintball (2 miles), ShopRite (10 miles), Pocono Raceway – Pocono NASCAR 500 (11 miles), Split Rock Resort (9 miles), Camelback Water Park (15 miles) Kalahari Water Park (12 miles) and ski area: Jack Frost (15 miles), Big Boulder Mountain (10 miles), Blue Mountain Ski Area (20 miles), Camelback (15 miles), a short ride to malls (The Crossings Premium Outlets 17 miles), the Mt Airy Casino (19 miles), restaurants, horseback riding and paintball.

We encourage you to enjoy the community outdoor pools (June-August). Other attractions provided by Long Pond Emerald Lakes Community such as heated indoor pool basketball and tennis courts, beach and playground. We are located across the street from the amenities!No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. The Lakes operator from May to October.
You Must purchase your own community passes . You can get them at Club House across the street from the house.
If any amenity (outdoor pools, tennis court, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, high level of bacteria, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.

Other things to note:
Property fee includes: cleaning, garbage removal, linens, propane gas , bath towels, registration.
Guests will get the access code for the Yale Lock after the reservation is complicated .
Fridge doesn’t make ice or water.
No smoking or vaping inside the house. Pets are welcome . there is small Pet fee. Please ask me for details .
Please note that only registered people (up to 8 including kids, infants are counted as kids) .
